Luxurious 4BD3.5BA Spacious Game Room Loft Big Yard
There are two separate units. The Lower Unit has a back entrance and is a separate living space from the upper units on the 1st and 2nd floors. The lower unit uses garages. Again, there is No Shared Living Space. Your unit is all to your group. No pool access.
The home was very large. We didnât know there was someone living under in the downstairs portion. But we had more than enough room for our group. The parking was a bit tight for our 4 vehicles, as there was no access to the garage. The listing on VRBO said fenced in private pool but there was no pool with the property. The home was easy to navigate and the process of booking and checking out was easy. The home was well equipped with basic necessities and had easy access to food and shopping and entertainment nearby.
This is a beautiful home that has so many wonderful special touches. There are multiple coffee options in their coffee bar. Two different tables for gathering and eating. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. There were six of us and we stayed 5 nights. It is located near lots of restaurants and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.
We were in town for a wedding and overall the stay was ok , the downstairs tenant had a party with many guest , most of the glasses were dirty and the showers needed to be cleaned , the property was large enough for our whole family and was a nice property
We (9) spent 2 nights here with extended family members, 3 generations visiting family and attending a wedding reception. Eight of us slept in the four bedrooms, with 3 connected bathrooms. One bathroom is a Jack & Jill arrangement. One slept on the trundle sofa bed in the upstairs family room. He said it was comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious quarters, the very large, well equipped kitchen where we had plenty of room for 3 cooks to team up and fix a large family dinner one night. We all fit around the large dining room table. The two children loved the selection of many games, especially the foosball sofa table in the upstairs family room. The bathrooms are large and well-equipped. Itâs difficult to think of anything to criticize, but the kitchen could use a full set of good knives for food prep, which seems like a common shortcoming in rental properties. We didnât stay long enough to spend time outside in back, but it looked appealing out on the deck and patio with outdoor furniture, grill, and a hammock in the yard. We would stay here again when attending our occasional family gatherings in my hometown of Overland Park.
This is one of the safest areas in the greater Kansas City area with plenty of entertaining. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, movie theatres, and family fun centers for bowling and pickleball.
The kitchen is large and spacious and the entire 1st-floor living space is open for entertaining. Every bedroom has a large TV and there is an 82" TV in the living room. The loft has plenty of board games and small office space with an expansion monitory/TV and a laser printer with a USB Connection for laptops.
