Your room have new 50in LG 4k nano cell gaming smart TV has built in sound-system, YouTube, internet explorer, Netflix, Amazon prime video, HBO and much more! Your new memory foam queen bed is huge, plush and super comfortable! Your bathroom is cleaned and sanitized regularly. The beautiful patio area is set up for you to enjoy the spacious backyard and relax chill and grill! You don’t need a kitchen. You have your own appliances like tea machine , microwave and refrigerator with free drinks and water that’s all located in your room. This is a vacation rental so the cleaning company comes every week. 420Friendly. Fresh linen will be provided every week. I have had rappers, flight attendants, nurses, plumbers etc stay for months. The vibes are always awesome and zen in the house. You will get your code and key to the property once ID check and payment is complete. You will get your new code every time you book.


Single adults.

Because there is little to no cleaning fee please clean up after yourself! For example when you dry off after your shower use your towel to wipe down the sink, toilet, tub and floor and throw towel in the bag behind the bathroom door. Take shoes off at the door.
