This condo located in the Villas at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is on the main level, so no need for stairs or elevators. It features an oversized master bedroom with a walk out patio, Along with double queens and a sleeper sofa make this a great place to invite all your closest family and friends.

Enjoy everything that this resort has to offer, including the beautiful lagoon pool and 110 acres of beachfront property. The living area features a new gel-foam sleeper sofa and a huge Smart TV with HD cable. The condo has upgraded High-Speed internet for work or streaming on all your favorite devices. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need and Includes a Keurig, and a Ninja blender for smoothies or mixed drinks. It has granite counters and new stainless steel appliances plus a bar for additional sitting.

The dining area has a beautiful new table and chairs great for entertaining. Open the door to your private balcony and enjoy the ocean air.

Our master bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, and fully remodeled bathroom. In the Master closet we have portable fans, a Pack-in-play, extra blankets, and a couple beach chairs. Our guest room has a two queen beds and Smart TV. We have equipped the rooms with additional outlets and charging stations. There’s room for two more guests that can enjoy a gel foam queen sleeper sofa. The unit has a stackable washer/dryer that helps keep your towels and clothes fresh.
