Great place and location!

Thank you for sharing your property! Lovely property with so many extra amenities needed for the beach. Chairs, wagon, cooler, toys and more!! We came in the cooler weather so the pool was cold but the hot tub was a wonderful thing to have! Owners extremely responsive to any needs or request and communicated promptly every time I messaged. Thanks again!

Great Location and awesome place

We were in town to celebrate a 50th birthday. The place was a very short walk to the beach and was exactly as it was listed. The owners were great and thier communication was exactly what you would hope for. We had an issue with the pool heater and they were there within an hour trying to fix it. Unable to do so they had a company there within hours to diagnose and hopefully repair the problem. Unfortunately for us, a part had to be ordered, but the fact that they not only reacted quickly and properly was really appreciated. It is the exact reaction you would hope for out of a host!

Living it up and relaxing!

We really enjoyed staying here soooo close to the sandy beach as well as restaurants and shopping. The home was so well done and extravagant. It was nothing like our home, which made it even more amazing!

We spend one week there with our kids and the grandparents and truly enjoyed it. Great location with excellent interior and exterior design, walking distance from the beach, and all the goodies you could think of. Highly recommend it

Fantastic vacation

We had a wonderful time in Florida reuniting with our family. We spent every day going to the pool and to the ocean, alternating. The house is recently renovated. Would come back soon!

Family fun !

We enjoyed countless pool hours. One min golf cart ride to the beach. The house was very clean and had an abundance of towels and little things to make life easier. Very private feeling woth the landscape surrounding the pool woth palm trees and beautiful lights at night. 10/10 recommend yo other families looking for a beach get away!!!!!

Great Family Vacation

This house was great and a ton of fun. Location is awesome for getting to the beach and around town. We had a really easy time communicating with Matt on a couple of things we needed for the house. A big plus is the baby stuff they provided. It was all new and clean which made me feel great - pack and play, high chair, blankets, cups, bowls, utensils, etc. Thanks for the great stay.

Exactly as it is in the photos. Excellent place. At one point I saw someone in the yard who said he was the pool boy. I felt my privacy invaded, services must be canceled when there are guests and notify them. As for the place, it is spectacular.

Exceptional Home

This is a very exquisite home, its one you have to stay at! No luxury detail or amenities were left out inside or out of this home. Very quiet neighborhood a 3min walk and you are at the beach. The perfect get away for a girl's trip and even a couple's trip with friends. Believe me you will not be disappoint. FABOULIOUS HOME!!!

Wow, this property is nothing short of spectacular! The beach is literally right there, the design was out of this world, the pool was amazing, and the outdoor space was so comfortable. The host has literally thought of everything. 5 Stars!!

Great location; Cockroach issues

We had booked this home for our vacation in combination with another family. We were very excited. When I arrived, the house appeared more or less like the pictures. The house was very clean. There were small issues that I've come to expect with VRBO, but none that were a big deal. However, on the third day of our stay, we noticed multiple large cockroaches within the house. I contacted the owner and told him as such. He wrote back and said the house was just sprayed for cockroaches the week prior to our arrival and he was told to expect more for the two weeks after spraying. This was not communicated to us in any way. We left the VRBO late that evening and checked into a hotel. We filed a complaint with VRBO, which has yet to receive a response. The property was otherwise largely as advertised and the location was wonderful.

Simply Beautiful

I know 5stars is the highest rating that Im able to give, however, personally I rate this property & my stay as 10s,10s,10s across the board. So much thought & consideration was taken in providing all the necessary amenities to make our stay great. Each bedroom , the living room & the outdoor pergola were furnished with 65 inch TVs. There are USB ports on all nightstands. The bunks in the kids room were each outfitted with their own 50+ inch televisions & 3 sets of wireless headsets. The wet bar, heated pool & jacuzzi all added to the comfort & the ambiance of the home. The modern interior and exterior designs gave us a New York highrise vibe. No details were missed with all of the high end finishes. The photos definitely dont do this home any justice. It is simply beautiful. The neighbors are very welcoming & friendly. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. The beach is less than a 5min walk away. I will definitely book again.

Amazing place great location

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Our family of 8 almost always stays in vacation rentals so we have stayed in a lot of them. It was very well decorated as you can see in the photos and it lives up to the expectations set by the photos. The thing you don’t know from photos is the quality of the finishes, the equipment, the cleanliness, upkeep, etc. This place kills is in all of those. It feels like a house you would set up for yourself, not a vacation rental. The furniture, the quality of the finishes, the equipment were all like if it was your home. Usually these types of places cut corners or use lower end stuff. The kitchen has everything you could need, all of the basics, but then they go the extra mile and have a decent blender, a slow cooker, instapot, etc. We didn’t use any of that, but the fact they include things like that that aren’t required or even expected says a lot about the level of thought and care they put into the place in general. This thought and care is shown throughout. From the usb chargers by the beds, to the beach towels separate from you regular linens, the well thought out seating, in multiple areas. Anyways, I think you get it. It is great. I liked it. You should stay there with your group.

Great Beach Location

Our family of 5 recently stayed at this home (we have 3 older teens). The home decor was really unique and fun, and the outdoor space was great to relax in. The huge feature of this house was its proximity to the beach - just a 2 min walk and we had the beach to ourselves at times. Simply beautiful. The guest welcome guide online was great for getting us all the info we needed for check-in and check-out. Communication with the owners was extremely quick prior to our check-in, but once we arrived it slowed down. There were too many items to note for maintenance for me to give this 5 stars. The comforter in the Elton bedroom was stained/dirty, the fan ticked and a phone in the utility closet beeped every two minutes. We also had dust and dead flies under the chairs which we cleaned up. A kitchen drawer was missing the front panel and handle, and the dining room light fixture was missing a glass globe. The bunk room is quite small, as is the black/gold bathroom. There are two steps easily seen from the kitchen down to a door leading outside, but then there's another step beyond that which we all tripped down (it's all black tile) so be careful of that. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The showers in the two larger bathrooms were great. Beds need mattress pads (only a thin sheet between you and the mattress). But the vibe and location to the beach was top notch. I communicated the items that needed to be addressed and did receive an apology and a thanks so they can address for future guests. Unfortunately, it was enough to make the person in the Elton room uncomfortable for the entire stay. Bring bug spray (mosquitos are out). Hoping this home gets a little TLC for future guests.
