Great stay, responsive host

We had a great time staying here! Every bedroom had its own bathroom and mini fridge, and were each very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub on the patio and access to a community pool. The host was also very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

Check-in was super easy and exactly as property owner described. Kitchen facilities were small, but adequate. We had a large party. Recommend dish towels and dishcloths, as there was only 1 towel.

Great place for a family vacation!

There were 14 family members on our vacation (ages ranging from 3-73.) This was a perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and well maintained. Our host was very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Comfortable stay for a big group

We had 14 people stay and everyone had a comfortable bed. The bunk rooms were great. Wish the waterfront was accessible, but we were able to use a dock down the street to get to the water for fishing and paddleboarding. Loved being close to Margaritaville to use their pools. All in all a great stay!

Nice getaway

Adam had excellent suggestions on things to keep adults and teens occupied and was very responsive as we needed him. We really enjoyed the views and the privacy this cabin offers.

Fun in Osage

Our group had a great time at this little house. It was quiet, close to the lake and had the amenities needed. You were close to a lot of fun activities. From young to old, we all had a great time. Host was great at communication as needed.

Great spot - would recommend

Grey house to stay at. We had a friend's get-together here for a weekend. Very comfortable with plenty of sleeping space and a large gathering area on the main floor, along with a couple of decks and a hot tub. Quick ride over to Margeritaville or a few other spots along the water. Very nice and quiet area. Would go back!

This one probably is the best pick we among all VRBOs we have tried. * Very clean and well provisioned with all supplies * Great location * It was exactly as described - with great views to lake * Adam has been a great host - keeping in touch and making sure we are comfortable We are already looking forward to our next trip to Ozarks

Great Property with Awesome Host

This property was great for our family of 7. It has 5 full bedrooms and bathrooms, all with 2 big beds. 2 upstairs, 1 main floor, 2 downstairs. The main floor bed was perfect for our older family so they didn’t climb stairs. The main floor also has the living room and kitchen and hot tub. The property was very clean and met all our needs. the host was awesome. Great communication and even recommended really good restaurants!

Well Maintained Property and Responsive Host

Adam is a great host - he responded almost instantly to all of our questions. We ran into some issues with the hot tub, and he had his service company out within a few hours. The house was clean and well equipped. Everything was as described. We loved the sun porch with views of the lake. Overall, it was a smooth experience and we would return again.

The best part of our experience was the responsiveness of the owner to inquiries. TVs in every room was great kitchen was small but had all required features and plenty of sitting around the dining area The following negative issues are important to note:1) The bedrooms are on 3 different levels. The stairs to each level are VERY steep and narrow, so if you have older folks or someone with mobility issues in your group, this unit is not for you. In fact, we had that situation and some in our party decided to leave early because of this issue. 2) The unit is advertised as pet friendly. Yes, you can bring your small dog, which we did. Unfortunately, there is very limited places to walk your dog. There is effectively no yard around the unit. You are forced to walk your dog on the street; one side of the street has a very steep slope that is unusable; the other side is a hill that is difficult to walk on, even if you are fully mobile. Your best option is to get in your car and drive to another location within the community. 3) The showers in Each bathroom are tub showers; very narrow and difficult for people with mobility issues. In addition, the shower heads are badly caked with hard water stains. 4) The bedrooms had no dressers and only a couple of hangars. Bottom line; you will have to live out of your suitcases. 5) The common area is nice, but small. So if you have more than 5-6 people there is limited space and sitting accommodations.

I liked the views and the layout of the house was nice. However there was no storage for clothes in the bedrooms. The mattresses on the queen beds were awful. No comfort whatsoever, squeaks and creaks every-time you move. There is no storage for food either. There was an awful smell in the bedroom by the kitchen that never resolved.

Golf outing

We had no wi-fi for two days. We could not find the router which needed to be reset. Finally found out from the host that the router was located in a locked service closet. We were never able to get TV reception. A set of instruction would have been really helpful. One of the upstairs rooms had a very noisy air conditioner. Front porch light was burned out.

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. The location is beautiful, easy to get to, and offers amazing sunset views. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our group of 10, & we especially liked the decks, patios, & hot tub. The basement stayed nice and cool, making it a comfortable sleeping space. We also appreciated being allowed an early check-in and being reimbursed for the boat slip we had to rent.There were a few issues that impacted our experience. We didn't receive the door code until the day after check-in. Thankfully, the cleaner was still there when we arrived and was able to let us in. Communication with the host was slow, and we often had to send multiple messages before receiving a response.The main-level bedroom was very humid throughout our stay, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, making it difficult to reduce the moisture. The TV remote in that room also didn't work properly. The main living area felt smaller than it appeared in the photos, and there wasn't enough seating or silverware for a group our size. The center support on one of the bunk beds broke after someone sat down on it.Important note: the listing states that a boat slip is available, but it is shared among several homeowners and wasn't available during our stay-we didn't find out until a couple days before our stay. We had to rent a slip at Margaritaville instead.Despite these issues, the property's location, views, and outdoor spaces made for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Family Vaction

This is a lovely home with great views of the lake. The hot tub is amazing and there was SO much room for 5 of us. Short drive to the Margarita resort that features the marina for boat/jet ski rentals, spa, bars and restaurant.
