Hart on the River is a historic riverfront retreat in the 1893 Springer House, right in the heart of New Richmond. The full three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment accommodates up to eight guests and offers a rare combination of space and Ohio River views. Three large windows look toward the water from the living space, the king bedroom has its own river view, and a private balcony overlooks the river and Liberty Landing.

Two connected apartment spaces give your group room to gather and spread out. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle, and a queen pullout sofa. The main kitchen makes shared meals easy. A second coffee and tea area has a dedicated workspace and charging dock. Challenge each other to foosball or enjoy the arcade game in the full apartment’s game room. Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while original hardwood in the primary bedroom and preserved details recall the building’s history.

You can explore New Richmond on foot from Front Street. Walk along the Ohio River, spend time at Liberty Landing, enjoy local restaurants and coffee, browse specialty shops, and discover the Cardboard Boat Museum and the town’s historic sites. Markets, live music, festivals, and other events add to the small-town atmosphere. Downtown Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Riverbend Music Center, sports venues, museums, and other regional attractions are within an easy drive.

You will have the entire private full apartment and balcony. The suite is on the second floor and requires stairs. Self check-in, free street parking, and a shared parking lot behind the building are available. The balcony has a five-person limit. Please respect the other residents and businesses in this historic building and keep noise down after 10 p.m. No parties, smoking, or pets.

* Any damage to the property or its fixtures will be the responsibility of the guest.
* All items within the unit should remain in the unit; charges will apply for any missing or stolen items.
* The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed-upon limit.
* Misplaced keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee.
* Please leave the property in the condition you found it; additional fees may apply for excessive mess.
* Please respect the external security cameras and wi-fi and do not interfere with them.
* Check-out time is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee.
