We had our elopement celebration here over the weekend with our closest friends and family and everyone was very impressed with the home. The pictures posted don’t even do it justice. There was more than plenty of room for everyone to relax and mingle. Checking in and out was super easy and owners were extremely helpful and responsive.

Our group had a terrific trip to Colorado and stay at this spacious, unique property! We walked in and I immediately sent the host a message stating "your home is stunningly beautiful!". We loved that nearly every room had a king bed and ensuite bathroom. From my experience with other home rentals in Colorado, this arrangement is very difficult to find. Diego and Lisa were very accommodating and super responsive any time we reached out with needs/requests. I highly recommend this property for a large group stay in a gorgeous area.

Great place to stay while visiting the Colorado Springs area. Lots of big bedrooms with bathrooms attached. Lovely seating areas. Great pool and hot tub!

We recently stayed at this beautiful property for a Celebration of Life gathering, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful views.What made our experience especially memorable, however, was the kindness and compassion of our hosts, Diego and Lisa. One of our guests, David, uses a wheelchair and experienced an unexpected medical situation during our gathering. We were preparing to take him to the emergency room when Diego and Lisa quickly connected us with their friend Suzanne, a nurse with experience caring for individuals with disabilities.Suzanne arrived promptly, attended to David, and was able to provide him with the immediate care and relief he needed. We were incredibly grateful-not only to Suzanne, but to Diego and Lisa for going far beyond what anyone would expect from a host.It meant so much to all of us, particularly during such an important and emotional gathering. A beautiful property, wonderful hosts, and an experience we will always remember with gratitude.

Fantastic House, Yard, and Neighborhood

Our extended family stayed and we really enjoyed the gathering rooms, yard, neighborhood for walks, and extra bedrooms on the main floor made it easy for grandparents. The many kitchen appliances and extensive and thoughtful supplies made the stay most comfortable.

Family reunion

Our family had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was perfect for a large group. The pool and hot tub definitely was the highlight for all ages! Communication with the property manager was excellent. Plenty of parking space which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this property for large family gatherings!

Property was incredible. The location was excellent relative to Colorado Springs. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. There was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard setting is extremely peaceful as it is buffered by some of the larger trees in the area. Access to the golf club was perfect.We will definitely return.

Something for everyone!

16 family members from 8-75 and we loved the property! Saw some beautiful Colorado sights and had great pool days as well. Kitchen was wonderful for BIG cooking nights.

Perfect Birthday Celebration Weekend

We rented this beautiful house to celebrate our 40th birthdays with four other couples. The house had everything you could imagine and more! Hot tub, movie theater, workout room, fully stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, pool table, and beautiful views. The house was immaculate and the house manager was responsive and met us as we checked in. Would recommend this house and these hosts to anyone!

Wonderful Memories

Our three generational family of 16 loved staying at this property. The pool and spa were an added benefit. The property and country side are beautiful and Diego is an excellent, responsive host. It is a short drive to the quaint town of Monument, CO and is located about half an hour drive from Colorado Springs and its many interesting activities. I highly recommend this property. Our family will treasure the memories we made here for years to come.

Magical Monument Getaway

I want to personally thank both the owners and management crew through this review. My family and I were hosted for a long 2 month stay, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The home presents extremely well, open plan with lots of windows and natural sunlight. The background views from everywhere in the home were nothing short of breathtaking. Wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful clean home, quiet location but close enough to all major attractions. Stayed here with 10 adults and 5 children for 4 nights. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed for cooking family meals. Movie room was huge hit with kiddos and adults! Rooms exactly as shown on website. Comfortable beds and 6 bathrooms a huge plus with our large group. Communication was excellent with our property manager Vivian. Only couple minor issues but were dealt with immediately. Would highly reccommend this property. Owners also responded quickly with our questions before our stay!

Lovely home. Well appointed. Something to do for all ages: 4 thru 80. Two minor problems: 1) Second dishwasher needs repair; the door will not close. 2) The putting green surface is well past its prime and is not functional; needs to be replaced.

Wonderful large home.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was wonderful for our family of adults. The pool was awesome and very large and there is so much room. We loved the movie theater too. My only complaint was the number of condiments in the fridge. I did combine the 4 jars of dill pickles and the 3 mostly empty ketchup bottles. It’s nice to not have to buy condiments but a bit of maintenance would be nice.

Amazing Place

This was a great place for a family gathering. We had enough space for the 15 of us which included 9 adults and 6 kids ages 4-12. The kids were always busy doing something. The billiard table was used constantly. The pool was an amazing size. You don't realize how big it is until you see it. The property manager gave us a tour which was super helpful with directions how to run everything. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night with the fire pit going. There were speakers throughout the house and we had music going whenever we were there. A very relaxing place to stay and we'd recommend it to anyone.

Family vacation in Colorado

My family of 12 could not have been happier with our choice of this beautiful Monument home. The home is exactly as pictured in the reviews. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool area was awesome And received plenty of use. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had many upscale touches. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen. They had everything. Diego was very attentive to every detail and a pleasure to work with. Response time was immediate. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a Colorado vacation. It is a very short drive to Colorado Springs and all other highlights. Thank you very much Diego!

Equipped for fun!

There are numerous things available for everyone to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and the pool was large. The family enjoyed the theater room for soccer, movies and fireworks We encountered a few issues, but the homeowner responded quickly and addressed each one. The kitchen has double ovens and two microwaves, which was really helpful. The kitchen lacked a few smaller basic items, which is probably common with various people using the space. The view and area were beautiful, but a distance from the activities that we did. We could not have been more pleased with the owner’s helpfulness!

Could you please advise on what you thought was missing? Our typical inclusions are coffee pot, cappuccino maker, formal settings, toaster, blender, bread maker, kitchenette mixer, popcorn maker, plus more and we do take reasonable special requests.
