Great house and great hospitality!

We stayed for 4 nights in August and had a great time at this house. Great size and great saltwater pool that the kids loved compared to their grandparent's chlorine pool. Everything was clean and the place was well supplied with everything we possibly needed. The outdoor shower was the piece that put it over the top. Not sure anyone showered in the house while we were there! Host was extremely responsive and accommodating during our stay. Would come to this house without a doubt if we ever find ourselves in Naples again!

Great location.

The place was excellent. Nice outdoor area set up nice for lounging and not a bad walk to the beach. Fully equipped with beach gear. The hot tub is a bit of an issue. You have to schedule turning it on and off and that’s not very reliable even if you know your schedule. There is not a way to turn it on locally so you have to text the property management.

Beautiful beach house

The house had a wonderful layout, VERY clean, plenty of linens and pillows, and we loved the back den room for kids to hang seperate from main living. The POOL is absolutely perfect, along with hot tub. You do need to text the owner to turn hot tub on/off, somewhat annoying but very responsive. Short walk or bike to beach. Took full advantage of golf cart taxi, two ladies run carts all day back and forth to parking lot and the house, super helpful for older/younger family members and beach gear! We will definitely keep this house on our list to stay again!

We stayed from Feb 2 thru Feb 22, 2026 and the home was great!! In particular, Steve, from LiveRight was johnny on the spot when we needed him a couple of times to fire up the pool heat and other minor needs. Thanks, Steve - you are doing an excellent job at managing the property.Pool was heated from 7am to 7pm and was a comfy 85 degrees for those that desire it. Spa was delightful as well and we had it at 101.Kitchen was well equipped with excellent cook and bakeware. All the utensils you need and quality silverware and plates (along with safer poolside dishes as well). The only hiccup we noticed at all, a small one, was the microwave seemed to heat inconsistently and unevenly. We know this as we brought microwave popcorn with us and it always would burn there but was fine when we took it home and prepared the same way. A suggestion to possibly replace it would be a good idea. However, a small issue for us that didn't impact our fantastic time.The location of the Naples Park sub is ideal for us as we love to bike and with Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato so near, and downtown Naples only 10 miles away. We never rent a car when on this vacation and this house proved to be no issue even though located more North that we have been in the past.No garage for those that need it. We just parked our bikes on the side of the house behind the gate.You will be happy choosing Sea-Renity - we would come back!
