Wonderful Stay in Sarasota!

Cynthia was a wonderful host and my family and I really enjoyed our stay! We stayed a week with myself, my husband, my 5 year old, and our dog. The location is great and the place is super cute and clean!

Charming One Bed/Bath

At a competition at the Nathan Benderson Park Rowing Complex (for USA Swimming’s Open Water Nationals). We were located within 10 minutes of the venue, grocery stores, restaurants, a huge mall, etc., so a very convenient location. Cynthia responded to my emails almost immediately and was a very pleasant and gracious host.

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood (Regatta close)

Small one bedroom as described. Attached to a home so no thermostat for adjusting and water pressure somewhat low. Kitchen well supplied. Clean and unexpected welcome basket full of Sarasota items and snacks which were appreciated. Didn't have to purchase paper supplies. Slept ok on the one mattress bed. There were plenty of pillows available. Would recommend this location update the mattress quality.

Hi, My name is Cynthia. I have lived in Sarasota for over 43 years. I love this town and am very well versed in the fun things to do. I love and am part of the large Amish and Mennonite community that is in Sarasota. I was recently widowed and am finding a way to make my “new normal” life work. My daughter and son both live in Sarasota and help me with the apartment. I became a grandma for the first time in 2021 and I love it so much. My granddaughter is the light of my life.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is a new construction and was built by the builder with a full 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. They called it multigenerational living. So I am using the apartment as a rental to create a quiet and cozy space for anyone that would like to enjoy our beautiful town of Sarasota.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unique benefits is the newness of the neighborhood. the neighborhood is only 3 years old. Very safe and friendly family neighborhood. The pool and gym are just a short walk from the apartment at the community center. There is also a playground and dog park at the community center also. We are located very close to the interstate and an Olympic rowing park.
