Brand New Mitsubishi Mini Splits added in 2022 for Air Conditioning! This is a 1 Bed, 1 Bath Upstairs Unit in a 2 Unit Home. This is the upstairs unit. Note, this house was built in 1991, so it is not as old as other houses in the neighborhood. It looks historic, but doesn't feel like it. That is a good thing! It is a simple unit meant for enjoying the beach. It has WIFI (no cable), and a washer/dryer. The beach, which is exactly 1/2 mile down Jefferson street is a 10 minute walk away. This is a simple upstairs unit, not the Ritz Carlton.

Cape May was requiring guests to bring their own sheets, towels, blankets and pillows. Our housekeeping service has requested, and we have agreed, to continue this practice for the 2022 season. If you have an issue with this because you are flying in, please let me know. We are close to everything downtown. Once you get here, you don’t “need” a car.

This unit is 100% self contained. The driveway is shared, and the points of entry to the inside are next to each other. Each unit has everything unto itself. Other things to note:
The front porch is reserved for the downstairs unit, unless there is no one there (this is offseason only).
