Definitely needs some tlc. Next to the public access so it was noisy in the evening. Shades let the light from the street lights in. Very close to restaurants and shops.

We stayed 3 nights, place was on the water,near the pool, very clean, very comfortable, great communication, it was everything we could ask for, thank you so much for a wonderful stay !

This is 10 steps to the beach, it literally cannot be closer. Parking was a plus. The building is newly renovated, plus the unit is beautifully appointed. The location can’t be beat with all the bars and restaurants well within walking distance. I will be back.

First time to wrightsville beach. The location of this place was perfect to so many things, we walked for dinner, coffee, snacks, ect. The only thing is the building sits at one of the most popular public beach access so there a lot of people in and out and did get loud late at night twice but not for too long. It was pretty clean, there was some sand on the top bunk bed but bed was made so I’m thinking someone before had sat there beach bag up there?? Enjoyed being so close to stairs, pool and beach access. Loved the laid back vibe of this quaint beach town and the beach was very clean and family friendly! We will definitely be back to visit again!

Great stay!

This is an ideal property and location. It is so close to everything you need and want. Great view of the beach and steps away from the beach and the pool. We definitely want to stay here again. The little touches of hand soap, shampoo/body wash and laundry pods are great. Thank you for a great vacation!

The company was great to deal with. Even provided recommendations for local places to enjoy. The view was the winner for this room. Got up one morning and were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Will definitely stay in this building again and use this company as well.

Perfect Beach Location

The property location was perfect for spending time on the beach. The mornings were very peaceful out on the balcony and early morning walks in the beach. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The place was perfect for the two of us. It was convenient to be able to park and walk to many places. The location was really awesome.The only problem I had was I couldn’t find the check in notification. Usually when I rent a place they send a couple hours before check in. I checked my spam and nothing. I talked to the people and they said did you check for the past 24 hours? I did check and it was in my spam folder 24 hours prior. That was totally my fault. Other than that was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for two people, or if you have small children because they have bunk beds.

Great place , perfect location for a getaway

Right on the beach!

If you love people watching and being close to the beach then this condo is perfect for you! It is on the first floor so while you can see the ocean, it’s limited view of the sand. There is a constant stream of people walking by and cars turning around but it made for really interesting people watching. There are restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and a little grocery store all within a few steps. I loved having the washer/dryer in unit.
