The Space:

We invite you to indulge in this exceptional luxury mountain retreat situated on 3 acres. The breathtaking views, swim spa (think oversized hot tub), sauna, outdoor fire pit (summer and fall only) and ski in, ski out location only enhance the splendor this property exudes inside and out.  Experience this exceptional home and see for yourself.  



The main floor great room encompasses a fully stocked chef's kitchen, expansive dining room table with seating for 14, and an inviting living room situated around an oversized stone wood burning fireplace.  Large windows, balconies, and high-end furnishings complement the grandeur of the house. The primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom are on this floor, as well as an office, half bath, laundry room, and 2 car garage.  The primary suite has automated room darkening blinds, and a steam shower, soaking tub, walk in closet and double vanities in the bathroom.  



Downstairs, you'll find a cozy den with a gas fireplace, large smart TV, ping pong table, and gaming TV/area. A small full kitchen/bar area is also on this level for all your entertainment needs. The 5 remaining bedrooms, sauna, and downstairs access to the expansive patio/hot tub/fire pit are also located downstairs.  There are four junior primary suites each with a king bed and private bath on this floor. All are tastefully and comfortably decorated.  A bunk room with two twin bunks (4 twin beds total), and an adjoining full bath is also located on this floor..  The sauna is also located on the level.



The outdoor living space, swim spa, fire pit and views are unmatched.  Your biggest dilemma may be spending time inside or out because both are so wonderful!  Hiking, mountain biking, and ski trails on Mt Crested Butte are located right from the property.  The entire house is controlled with a "Control Four" AV system-easy to use and provides Direct TV, Apple TV, and listening options to practically every room in the house. There's also an Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in the game room.  Ski in/Ski out from "Gus' Way" which is accessed off the Teocalli lift.  This is a blue run.  



Room configuration: 5 king bedrooms with ensuite baths & 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twin beds total) and private bath.  Primary is on the main floor near living room/kitchen/dining.  All 5 other bedrooms are on the lower level.   



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



This property has 5 parking spaces total, 2 in the garage.  You will NEED 4WD or AWD in winter months to access this property.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 30 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. 

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

We do not allow parties of any kind or weddings.  This includes bachelor or bachelorette gatherings.



This property is not pet friendly.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST. You will be given a door code to the garage to enter the home.



The Neighborhood:

The Prospect neighborhood is known for luxury and its ski in/out access. Large homes, very private and very quiet.



Getting Around:

You are about 4 miles to the main base area of the mountain if you wished to drive. You will want a car at this location.
