We are grateful to share that this beautiful Studio condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! The pool is open yet please note the pool heater is not operable and the lower floor condos are still under renovation.

This studio condo is spacious, w/ an exceptional layout & upscale modern design throughout. Beach access is literally steps away & we provide equipment for you to enjoy your time in the sun. Once you arrive at the beach side location, you will enter your studio condo, which is very spacious with a full kitchen, living, dining and sleeping area. The comfortable queen bed is a Murphy that folds down and the couch converts into a sofa to fit your needs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a small balcony where you can overlook the pool. The views are amazing from the living space and the balcony!
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Primary Guest booking must be 23 years or older
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events

- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
