Thank you for your review. We are glad that you liked the property minus the problems with the keys and elevator. For anyone reading this, we would like to point out how the condo buildings are managed at Copper. Copper Mountain Resort maintains a key system for all doors across the resort. Bighorn has absolutely no control over that key system nor access to any of its parts for maintenance nor the ability to put our own locks on those doors. Copper had that system go down in mid-July. They worked to get the system up and running again but the only way to open those doors was with the help of their security. The elevator is maintained by the homeowner's association, also managed by Copper Mountain Resort. Bighorn has no control over it, nor access to any of its parts for maintenance. Bighorn manages this particular condo inside the building for rentals and while we don't have any control over the keys and elevator, Bighorn did pro-actively offer refunds to all of our guests affected by the outages.
