Cape Cod memories await in this spacious home close to Mayflower and Corporation Beach!

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom, two and a half bath home includes amenities like A/C, wi-fi, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of parking for up to eight cars. Each bedroom includes new freshly laundered linens and pillows while each of the bathrooms has new freshly laundered bath and hand towels. The roomy primary suite includes a king bed, smart tv, and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a king bed, smart tv, and desk. The third bedroom includes a twin daybed (with additional twin trundle) and a queen bed. And the fourth bedroom includes both a twin and queen bed. The first floor boasts an open floor plan that provides plenty of opportunities to gather together. Watch a movie on the 55” smart tv (which includes Netflix, Cable, and HBO Max) or play one of the many board games provided.

Privacy and playtime await in the backyard that includes a wood burning fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a breezy hammock, lawn games, a deck with gas grill and cushioned wicker lounge furniture, a patio with table, chairs, and umbrella, and even an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy toes.

As you prepare to spend the day at one of the local beaches, everything you need is here: freshly laundered beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and beach toys.

This home is within walking distance to Peterson's Market (which boasts some of the best meats in town), Oliver's & Planck's Restaurant, Walgreens, and even a working farm! Dennis Village is a short five minute drive down the road. There you will find ice cream and gelato shops, a candy store, restaurants, and shopping including The Dennis Public Market, Chapin's Bayside Restaurant, The Mercantile, Scargo Cafe, and Cape Cod Creamery.

This vacation home truly has all of the amenities of your own home making this the ideal summer rental!

Outstanding vacation

Maryn was amazing. From check in to check out the house was perfect. All members of our group had a great time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to vacation on the Cape.

Wonderful home for family vacation

This home was an absolutely fabulous find for our multi-generational family trip. Literally everything you could need Maryn thought of. The house was comfortable and well stocked, everything was labeled (something I'd never seen before in a rental but SO helpful), and Maryn was a super responsive, friendly and helpful host. The yard is gorgeous, huge, and was absolutely wonderful for everyone to enjoy, both kids and adults. The location is also great. It's in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood, but a short drive from everything you could want in the area, including beaches. Would recommend this home for anyone.

Home away from home!

From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for more! Maryn was the ultimate communicator. Easy check in, house was spotless, plenty of room for 8 adults with more to spare. If you have young children, they would be happy too. Beautiful private yard. Perfect for family dinner and outside fun! Games for all ages, beach chairs and towels. All the amenities you need without even asking. Maryn, thank you and please thank your husband. We only wish we met you in person.

One of the best stays at the Cape!

We had such an amazing time at Maryn & Dave's house! This is our 8th summer at the Cape and this is easily the best house we've stayed in. We came with our toddler (2 yr) and my parents. Maryn was amazing about making sure we had some of the gear required for a toddler, which saved us on packing (pack n' play, stroller, small table for meals). There was also a surprise water table, which we didn't get to use, but is such a nice addition for those days when you can't get to the beach but need a nice activity for your little one. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. We had a couple of small hiccups, but they were either our fault (locked ourselves out - HA!) or a quick fix (clogged toilet). In both cases, Maryn and/or Dave were by in a few minutes to help out. The beds were super comfortable and the AC's worked great. The backyard is truly a dream. We spent most nights eating outside and enjoying watching the bunnies that can usually be seen hopping around the yard. The location is perfect. You are 5 mins from Corporation and Mayflower beaches, and Maryn gave us the great recommendation to get our beach pass ahead of time, which was a huge time/cost saver if you plan to go to the beach more than 3 days! They also provided top notch beach gear which, again, saved us on having to bring ourselves. The icing on the cake was the surprise tuna fillets Dave brought by after a big catch one morning. Maryn and Dave are the best hosts and we can't wait to be back!

Perfect house for our 7 person family vacation. The house was comfortable both inside and out.

Every amenity you can think of and more in kitchen. Indoor and outdoor games, beach chairs, towels, etc. The outdoor space was fantastic including a beautiful firepit, deck and patio and a very nice yard. The location was perfect, close to Mayflower Beach, Chapin's Bayside Restaurant and not a long drive to Chatham and the Truro Vineyards. Overall, this was a perfect getaway for our family vacation.

My husband Dave and I both grew up on the Cape. We moved to Los Angeles in our early 20's and just moved back recently to be closer to family and to enjoy Cape Cod year round. Our favorite beach is Mayflower Beach because of it's wide stretching sandy flats during low tide. It's the ideal spot to play a game of bocce with friends or read a book by yourself. Not to mention Mayflower has the best sunsets around! We have always loved hosting friends and family and now we hope to be great hosts to you, as well.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Yarmouth Port is close to some of the best beaches on Cape Cod including Mayflower, Corporation Beach, and Bass Hole. It's also a great jumping off point for day trips to the Outer and Lower parts of the Cape like Provincetown and Chatham and close to Hyannis for Trader Joe's or other shopping needs.
