Verdict: itâs a solid value place to stay in Niagara Falls. Itâs not luxury, but itâs functional and comfortable. Iâd stay there again.
Pros: the beds are comfortable, the place is clean, the location is good, the owners have clearly made some updates to appliances and to the space, and they are very responsive.
Things to be aware of/suggestions: there is no living room or real common space besides the two kitchens. This clearly was two apartments (upstairs 2BR and downstairs 1BR), but as long as you accept that, youâll be fine. I would suggest that the owners stock the kitchen a bit more with utensils, plates, spatulas. Also, the curtains all around are too sheer. Privacy should be increased by using thicker shades/curtains. This was our biggest design issue.
Item to note: $40 CAD for a parking pass for every Niagara Parks lot (good for a year and two non-rental vehicles) is a great deal. This house is in between a bunch of the attractions, but not right at any of them. You can rely on WEGO bus, but flexibility of parking pass is well worth it.
Our family had a good time visiting Niagara Falls, and this property is located very close to them. It has 3 bathrooms what is perfect for a large group of people like us. There is plenty space to sleep comfortably. It has 2 small kitchens one upstairs and another one downstairs that have just few random utensils, but for us it was fine since we didn't use the kitchen that much. The furniture and the decoration it was very old fashioned. Other than that everything was very good. The property owner, who lives there on the other side, was friendly and was always ready to helped us with any issue.
