This listing is for two top-floor condos two blocks from Washington Park, and walking distance to Over the Rhine's best restaurants, bars, breweries, and Findlay Market. You can book them separately--see our other listings. You'll find that this is the perfect home base for your Cincinnati adventures. The spacious apartments offer a number of beds, common spaces, and bedrooms to recharge.

Ideal for groups looking to experience downtown Cincinnati and Over the Rhine.

We think you'll love our condos, our location, and the experience that you'll have. The 1870s building has been completely renovated from the ground up. From a design perspective, it strikes a beautiful balance between the old and new. We kept some of the older historic features, such as pieces of the original wall and the fireplace, to show what condition the building was in before the renovation.

The condos are designed for socializing: both feature a large open living area and kitchens featuring marble counter top bars that can comfortably seat a family.

You'll find that the kitchen is the perfect launching point for your night out and also the perfect place to debrief with your friends or family at the end of the night.

The living room contains plenty of comfortable seating, with a midcentury theme.

Since the bedrooms are on the second floor they offer lots of privacy and a separate space to recharge between adventures. Each features a plush Tuft and Needle mattress.

The master bathroom is spacious, with designer fixtures and a bathroom skylight for lots of natural light. All toiletries and normal amenities provided.

Convenient to everything: walk to Cincy's major sports, theater, concert venues, convention center, museums, boutique shopping, bars, and restaurants!

Overall, you'll find 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large living area with pullout full sofa bed, laundry (washer/dryer), wifi, television with roku and cable. You'll also have free parking for 2 vehicles with our parking pass

- Fitness: Again, we'll help you find what you want most.
- Theaters with all kinds of programming are nearby
- Findlay Market is just blocks away.

----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------

We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.

NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.

SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.

DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.

WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.

----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property.

3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.

4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it.

5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.

6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.

7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.

The property is in an ideal location to walk downtown, the casino, the stadiums, riverfront, and restaurants. The parking garage felt very secure.

Friday night with the girls

Enjoyed the stay in the apartment in OTR. It was clean and the staff were helpful . Wish there were wine glasses in the 2 apartments we rented. We were surprised to find we had rented 2 apartments - feel the website needs to state that. Our understanding was it was 1 condo.

Weekend in Cincinnati

If you have don't like climbing steps keep looking. There is 3 flights of steep steps to your loft and another set of steps in the loft to your room. HVAC is EXTREMELY LOUD. The loft right next to #8 (#7 had some college dudes)was smoking weed and carried over into our room through the ventilation system. Having only one key to each room and parking pass was difficult for a large group so keep that in mind. 4 min walk from the garage to the loft doesnt seem far but is when you go in spring and the wind cuts right through you. There is a parking lot closer to the loft that was nice to be able to park our other cars that didnt have a parking pass but you did have to pay to park there. The only real positive thing about the loft was that it was right in the middle of everything and was easily accessible to the streetcar to get around vs walking everywhere.
