Escape the worries of everyday life at this wonderfully updated and beautifully furnished, “family-friendly” condo at Forest Ridge Village with everything needed for a memorable vacation! This “Fun in the Sun” condo is located in the closest condo building within the community to the beach which is just a short 5-minute walk.

The Forest Ridge community is a beautiful area with majestic oak trees and flowering shrubs, spacious community pool, two tennis courts and a playground area for the children and all within walking distance to the beach.

When walking through the front door you will notice the updates throughout as well as tasteful finishes. The open concept of the living room/kitchen/dining area makes for an easy flow. The updated kitchen island area has seating for 6 and a coffee bar area with a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker for your morning “caffeine needs”. The living room has a comfortable seating area with large flat screen tv for streaming your favorite shows after everyone has returned from a fun filled day at the beach, pool or just strolling the Historic Fernandina Beach area.

The primary suite has a king bed for and comfortable bedding for relaxing with a large tv with cable and streaming and a large closet area.

The second bedroom has twin over full bunkbed with an extra twin bed for the children to enjoy their own space as well as ample closet space.

The shared hall bathroom has been beautifully updated to maximize space with a beautiful vanity area and shower/tub combination and plenty of storage. Just outside the bathroom is a full-size washer/dryer to help with all your laundry needs.

Don’t worry about bringing too much! Beach towels, beach cart, beach and pool gear, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided! Everything needed for a beach or pool filled day!
