Relax on the back patio in the large fenced-in backyard. Perfect for great conversation and enjoying the stars.
Central air conditioning throughout the home including the front porch will keep you comfortable after a day at the beach.

Our Bahay is a bungalow style home with 1050 feet living space.

Full private access to the enclosed front porch, 2 bedroom/1 bath private living area, kitchen, back patio, yard, and driveway. Driveway holds 3 cars, plus ample street parking.

Located on a quiet side street within walking distance to main access road with nearby restaurants/shops. It is across the street from a Blue Ribbon Middle school.

*We abide by all Sarasota rental rules and regulations. One of which is a 7 day/7 night minimum rental period. Please message us for further details as we strive to work with each guest to appropriately accommodate to their individual needs.*

There is an outdoor perimeter camera for the safety of our guests as well as the residence.
No loud parties, no pets and no smoking inside the home.
The home guide is located in the living room.

Check in is 3:00 pm.
Check out is 10 am.
Our cleaners are on a very tight schedule due to increased Covid-19 cleaning demands.
-A $50 late fee will be assessed for check outs after 10:30 am
-A $150 late fee will be assessed for check outs after noon.
