In 2024 we added blackout curtains and extra furniture :) The design is unique and cool! Open floor plan. Conveniently located at Inlet Beach Heights 6 min walk to the beach, <3 mi drive to Rosemary beach dining and entertainment, 1 mi to lake Powell boat ramp, short drive to Camp Helen state park. Private fenced backyard, outdoor seating area, a hammock, charcoal grill and a dedicated 2-3 car parking. Renovated home features cool bar with kitchenette, all new appliances - come and enjoy the best white sand beaches of the US. We provide beach towels.
The bedroom is in black/white color scheme and features a king bed with extra pillows. Tiny bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Living room features a sleeper couch (queen), smart TV and office desk for remote work and arm chairs. Open floor plan. You will love this wet bar/kitchenette area! It features mini fridge, microwave, sink, portable stove, multicooker and plates, cups, glasses and salad bowls. There is no oven or range. A backyard is large with a hammock, sitting area and a grill. No lawn, mostly sand and weeds. It's challenging to maintain a lawn in this climate. Stackable laundry in unit.
We are at west side of town next to Rosemary Beach. Grey house with torquoise doors and white lime stone front yard! Use G-maps to find us. Apple maps get lost. The house is a duplex, this unit is on the RIGHT side if you face the house (access from the ground floor). Our place offers onsite dedicated parking on the GRAVEL driveway. Concrete driveway is dedicated for another unit. Map for beach access is provided. This is a golf cart friendly community in case you want to rent. You are short drive westbound to fancy Rosemary beach community with all the fine dining and shopping it has to offer.
The guest who reserve must be over 21 to reserve and check in. Our neighborhood is quiet, this is a duplex and you may have the neighbors next door and no parties are allowed! No exceptions.
We provide the comforters with the duvets instead of a sheet and quilt. Duvets same as other beddings are washed after every guest. This is the most sanitary option European style ;)
Enjoy all the provided equipment at your own risk. Watch your step while you are in the house. The home has a split floor plan with the step up/down. Please beware that our house is NOT suitable for young children. If you book with children - supervise them at all times. We have ring camera overlooking the parking at the entrance of the house for your security.
Use hammock at your own risk, strictly <200 lbs weight limit, please use common sense while on property. We are in Florida and if you leave the door open the lizards, bugs and spiders get in. Pest control sprays the house regularly, so if you see something live - it must just got in… please keep that in mind. The property is on septic. Please be gentle with it. Absolutely nothing but toilet paper can be flushed or go down the drain (even flushable items, grease, oils, tampons, etc). Our septic tank will thank you! The bedding for sleeper sofa is located in the bench under the TV. Bring your coal if you plan to grill. Apply water on hot coals after use to prevent fire. Please clean the grill before checkout and cover it up. The outdoor faucet is conveniently located at front to rinse your feet after the beach. No candles in the house please. Enjoy!!!
