We are Bill & John two young entrepreneurs with family ties. We were both born in Athens and continue living in this fascinating city. We have both spent our early years in the tourism and hospitality industry assisting our family in its hotel and tour operator ventures. Bill holds a bachelor's in Hospitality Management & International Tourism and John holds a bachelor's in Marketing & Communication.

This minimalistic and chic 416sqm home spreads over four levels, all of them boasting endless views of the Aegean Blue, offering guests a luxurious and polished home while maintaining a level of warmth and comfort. On the main level is situated the bright and airy main living area with fantastic sea views and a fireplace. On the same level, guests will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

One level down, the swimming pool is part of another living area with another fireplace and endless sea views. The large floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the patio where large daybeds sit in the shade and seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor living. On the patio, an outdoor shower awaits guests to cool off the summer heat. On this level, there is also a comfortable bathroom and a fully-equipped (main) kitchen where you can create your favourite holiday meals to enjoy al fresco under the Athenian sky or in the sleek dining area.

On the third level is the main bedroom boasting incredible sea views, quality linens and modern interiors, a fireplace, and two walk-in closets. Additionally, three more bedrooms – each with its own ensuite bathroom – are ready to welcome guests.

On the top level, relax on the large and peaceful sun-kissed terrace with a pergola and breath in the fresh air while enjoying the 360 degrees panoramic vistas. The sunsets here are equally spectacular and at night you’ll see the twinkling lights of the town in the distance. On the same floor is a second kitchen in case you wish to grab a quick Greek snack before enjoying an aperitif outdoors.
