Casual & comfortable! This three bedroom two bath condo is just steps from the ocean. Great location with beach access from your back door. Enjoy the view of the dunes as you listen to the sounds of the Ocean. This 1st floor condo features impact windows. Terracotta Tile throughout. Updated kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and master bath has a walk-in shower & large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a tub/shower combo in the second bath. The third bedroom has a trundle bed. Enjoy a cold beverage on the screened patio and listen to the waves. Flex brew coffee maker, brew 12 cups with ground coffee on the carafe side or brew a single serving with a pod or ground coffee on the other. Wi-Fi & Cable included, along with washer/dryer. Wonderful 24 hr. manned gated community. Come enjoy all that Florida's paradise has to offer.
