Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.

We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.

Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.

There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

No unregistered guests.

No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.

No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.

No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.

No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.

Loved staying here! Close to beach, sunset, pizza (get double cheese), clean and room was spacious. Glad it had a kitchenette. Only neg was low water pressure and no hot water. That said — we will come back.

Bay to the beach

Property was amazing, only blocks to bay and gulf…. Local bars and restaurants so close didn’t even need a car!! Great place for outdoor/beach lovers and Phillies fans…. Short drive to stadium👍

We had a nice stay. Wish we knew about the bigger rooms. Our bathroom was very small and shower was Very small as well. We saw other units had one bed and separate kitchen with table.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We spent three wonderful nights at the Monaco. The room was perfect with a large comfy bed, and a small kitchen perfect for making breakfast and lunch. We did not have a car, so when I say the location could not have been more perfect, I am not exaggerating. It was less a three minute walk out our door to have toes in the sand, and any bar or restaurant you could want was a short walk away. The host was very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Lovely 60s inspired beach bungalow

We had a wonderful time staying at Monaco properties! The property is conveniently located and we were able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The room was exactly as advertised with a comfortable bed and included a kitchenette. I managed to some how screw up the dates and we arrived a day early. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The property is not a large hotel but luckily they were able to get us in a day early. After our initial snafu the rest of our stay went seamlessly. I am already planning our next stay and would recommend this location.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater Beach. Antoni is friendly and the place is a piece of old Florida - clean, covenient, and cold (great AC). There were beach chairs and towels for us to use and the shared outdoor patio had plenty of places to sit in the sun or in the shade. We were 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the main street full of restaurants. We walked almost everywhere we went; however, it was nice to be just on the north side of all the tourists. We were able to bring our dog and North Clearwater Beach is dog friendly and less crowded. We will be back.

Very nice !

We were pleasantly surprised at how well the unit was maintained as well as the whole unit. This was a Very hot week but the unit stayed comfortable. Very close to the beach as advertised. The pool was maintained very well. The building was quiet and we did not hear anything in the unit. There is more than enough parking. We will definitely be back be back. The owner was very helpful and made the process easy.

Wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach was so close! Our host was amazing! I left my jacket, and she shipped it back to me! I highly recommend!

Loved this place.

After reading some of the reviews we were not sure how our experience was going to be. We were pleasantly surprised. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a perfect location to walk to the beach and when we were sick of the sand the pool was clean and refreshing. Within walking distance of the action as well. The clarify a few things, I assume we had an ice maker in our room however it's a large ice maker by the pool. There was no need for us to buy ice! It also said it came with a hairdryer and we did not have one in our room. My husband asked the cleaning crew and they gave one to us to use! The only recommendation we have is to add more hooks to allow for towels and bathing suits to dry! We will stay here again.

Not what we expected from photo posted.

Room was not cleaned to our standards no top sheet on bed appears to be black mold in 1 window sill room door doesn't seal so people outside smoking odors come into room as well as noise really its just a coat of paint on an old room.
