This was a perfect home for us, two older couples, during our week-long stay in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The unit was great for two couples, with comfortable and roomy bedrooms and two clean and well-equipped bathrooms. The kitchen was somewhat small but it was very well-equipped and we were able to prepare and eat our breakfast and dinner there every night, as well as prepare lunches to take with us on our adventures in the park every day. The entire unit was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our time there. The wifi signal was strong enough for all four of us to use it at the same time, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony most evenings. It was very quiet at night so we slept well. The location was great, too, easy to find and with a parking space for our friends’ car. But we didn’t use the car much, because we were able to take buses and trains just about everywhere we wanted to go. And we were also able to walk to many places, to a small grocery store just a couple of blocks away and even into Bad Schandau to visit the shops, walk along the river, and see the park visitor centre and visitor information centre.Check-in and check-out were both simple, smooth, and problem-free.Tino and Katrin were very responsive to our questions and concerns and very friendly when we spoke to them. Thank you for sharing your place with us.We highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Saxon Switzerland National Park.
