The kitchen was renovated in 2022 and features all new appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and quartz counter tops. A half bath with a full sized washer and dryer on the first floor. The living room has a comfy gel queen size mattress inside the brand new sofa bed.

Upstairs you'll find a guest bedroom with direct gulf front views. There is a king bed as well as a foldaway cot for a total of 3 areas to sleep.
The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath, and balcony views of Lake Powell and the bridge leading into Walton County. The resort has 2 pools, one that is partially covered for those hot beach days. It is also heated in the cooler months for year-round enjoyment. 2 saunas are available for your use. Pinnacle Port has 2 grilling areas located throughout the property one of them viewable from the living room balcony. They have a beach side playground, boat slips and docks for fishing. There are tennis/pickleball and bocce ball. All of this in a safe, gated community lined with sidewalks and palm trees for bike riding.

**This 2 story condo requires stairs to get to the second floor bedrooms & baths. This is an older building so the ceilings are lower-8 ft tall and it is not handicap accessible.
** There is a $35 parking fee per car per stay paid to the resort.
