The Space
Welcome to a fabulous 2,436 sq foot, two-story home that features elegant and stylish decor and a beautiful layout and makes a delightful choice for an entertaining home-away-from-home stay in the heart of Atlanta.

As you enter the open-plan living space, you’ll find the ambiance is immediately welcoming, complemented by sophisticated decor. Featuring:

- TWO living rooms, perfect for relaxation or entertainment, each adorned with chic furnishings, ample seating, and Smart TVs for enjoyable, engaging moments at home. The one on the first floor features a pool and ping pong table!

- TWO fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all you’d need to prepare gourmet dishes or have a cooking duel while making fabulous memories!

- TWO dining areas designed to provide an intimate dining experience where you add warmth and good mealtime conversation.

- THREE beautifully designed bedrooms and THREE full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 6 guests as such:

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home. We kindly request you not to access any storage rooms or closets marked private.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
Situated in a highly gentrified neighborhood in the middle of bustling downtown Atlanta (Northwest side). The area emanates a peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxation, but still is part of the inner city, keep that in mind before booking. You’ll be just a stone`s throw away from trendy local spots, enticing eateries, and delightful shops and near Westside Reservoir Park. You’ll also be near landmarks like 3.4 miles from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Georgia Aquarium, 4 miles from CNN Center and World Congress Center & about 15 miles from the airport.

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 15 miles from the property.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

The property is located in a highly gentrified neighborhood in the middle of bustling downtown Atlanta, with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. We’d just like you to understand this before booking the home!

We do allow events at this location (within reason), so please inquire for details. Must have approval before the event occurs.

Also, this is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
