visiting daughter & grandbaby wonderful accommodations for us & when they visited us at the house. very confutable and location to everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean and lovely, although the beds were a bit harder than expected. Loved seeing the airplanes taking off in the backyard. I would absolutely stay here again.
Military family now moving from GA to MT. We needed a place to stay for a week while our household goods were being moved and the house cleaned for the new owners. This property was a lovely and secluded place to stay. Will certainly look to book this property again on future visits to see friends we made here.
Cute, clean, and cool to watch the planes take off!
The house was extremely clean and neat. The decor was up-to-date and truly adorable! There were snacks and coffee available upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Watching the planes was lots of fun! The hostess was easily reachable and replied in a timely manner. If we are ever back to the area again we would surely stay here!
We were so pleasantly surprised at how great this property and our entire experience was. Thoughtful touches everywhere throughout the house. Nice garage to put our bikes in! On the end of a nice paved runway as well so next time we are going to fly in!
My family and I brought our grandson to a Monster Jam event for his fourth birthday. The house is in a wonderful, quiet area and was very clean. There was a little confusion about how to get into the house, but the property owner was always available and communicative. Everything worked and we had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay near but not in Atlanta.
We came to Atlanta to shop, visit with family, and take grandkids to six flags. We picked this house because of its centralized location. But the house was so nice! Very comfortable and we really enjoyed playing games and visiting as much as going in for Atlanta activities. The location was a little outside of the town and quiet.
Very nice, clean, comfortable & quite. Would stay again for sure. There's 1 thing I would like to suggest is have a mop, broom & dustpan available for guest. We didn't have any spills or anything but with 2 kids you just never know! We rented an Air B & B ladt year for a month & they had them available, thank goodness because our 9 yr old had a few accounts. I would also suggest more towels & wash clothes. Overall, the place was EXCELLENT
Had a snafu with check-in info, yet was quickly resolved. Home was spacious, pet friendly (key for my dogs), and ideally located close to my family I was visiting. Being on a dead-end street with a small airport was even better. My dogs loved the large outdoor space. Even though it isn't fenced it wasn't an issue thanks to our long leashes. Kitchen could use a few more things to make it really 'cook ready' and the smoke alarm kept going off despite no smoke, which was kinda annoying. Gas stove was a treat to use.
We were very pleased with the location as it was five minutes from family who live in the area. The runway was busier than usual due to an air show a little to the south. It was fun watching the planes take off and land on Friday, but after that it was one or two a day.
The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and nice linens. The only thing that would be helpful would be supplying bath soap for those who are traveling by plane and limited in toiletries.
The kitchen is spacious and has all the basics for simple food prep.
the living room has great seating and it was nice to be able to sit together as a family and chat or watch a movie. The smart tv was very easy to use.
It's our second time staying with Rachel and will do so again when we are in the area.
We stayed at this property due to the proximity to family, and only for this reason. House was very clean, but old. Many of the outlets didn't work, the doors to the bedrooms wouldn't close all the way, and the house was very drafty. It was extremely cold the weekend we stayed, Temps were down to single digits, and they only had thin bedding for us to use. No comforters, quilts, anything. There was a lower level that was locked off to us that we were unaware of until we got there. Our daughter was scared that there could be people down there that could get to us, but was locked off for us. That needs to be put in your listing that there is a whole other level to the house that renters will not be able to access.
The place was nice and clean overall. Nice decor... There were two blinds which should be replaced due to damage allowing visibility from the exterior after dark. One in bedroom bath and one in bedroom at the end of hallway on left. Kind of a inconvenience to have to strip beds upon leaving. Never been asked to do this before. We departed just after 5am and this slowed us down. Especially when we were charged a cleaning fee. Exterior lights may need bulbs or switches need to be explained. Never was able to connect to wifi. A channel guide for local channels would be helpful. We never figured out which channel would be current local news or weather. Was confused about putting trash can out to the street for pick up so we called Michael. He asked if we could put it out, so we did. We did not see any others put theirs out, but we were trying to be compliant.
I misread the Pet Friendly listing and failed to read the details and showed up with too many dogs, totally my fault. I have never had a pet restriction before. So we came and went on the 1 night stay. Apparently the owner uses the ring doorbell camera for other reasons and called us out on the pets. I paid the fee, however Iâve never had a stay where there were restrictions or where the owner invaded privacy like this. The previous comments about the beds were spot on. Terrible, my wife and I were climbing out of the hole in the middle of the bed all night on the less than comfortable mattress and in the room with the twin beds youâd be better off sleeping on the floor or the sofa and loveseat. Maybe she can take the extra pet fee and put it towards actually buying mattresses that can be slept in. If she has inside cameras she will see us not sleeping. It is a shame. Nice clean private property and the owner was responsive. Ruined it all with the beds and the creepy spying.
Quick weekend trip for a wedding at Eagles Landing Country Club. The home was only 10 minutes away. It was an older home but cutely decorated, clean and stocked with toiletries. My family and I were comfortable during our short stay.
The house was in a perfect location, just five minutes from my brother's home where the entire family was gathering for the holiday. It was wonderful to have a second kitchen and more important was great to have a quiet space to unwind.
The house was clean, nicely and comfortably decorated and beds were comfortable. A lovely Christmas tree was a pleasant surprise and set the mood for the holidays. We will definitely book again when we travel to see family.
The home was absolutely stunning!! The kitchen was massive and had plenty of space. It was cool being able to see the planes leave from the private run way! Check in was super simple. If I had to say anything my only complaint was the beds weren't the most comfortable but after walking around Atlanta all day I still slept like a baby. Would definitely book this place again!
