Island House, located on the south point of Paradise Island.

This is a 2,800-square-foot resort-style, two-story vacation home. The landscaped exterior provides a relaxing environment perfect for watching the local wildlife, reading a book, catching the sunrise or fishing with your buddies. The property has water on three sides, and is entirely private with its own yard space and beach when the tide is right. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2nd story living room, a bonus room with a 1/2 kitchen, 5 patios, a hot tub spa and in the garage you will find ping pong and air hockey.

The Island House is a beautiful option for a small wedding, birthday or anniversary party, or a family reunion. Please be advised that if you choose to use the Island House for your event, an additional event fee will be added to your booking.

The host was bankrupt and absent. The owner was in Vietnam. The whole island was under foreclosure. The front gate was locked and the security guard did not know we were coming. The exterior of the house was decrepit. Nobody had the entry code to the house but they could open the garage door. The house was freezing and most of it never got warm in the time we were there. There were no quilts or towels laid out. The kitchen was sparesly supplied . We spent one chilly night and when the water went out the next day we left. We only hope that VRBO refunds us our money.

Superb Location

Easy access at checkin w/door codes. Very nice upgrades. Spacious floor plan good for entertaining. The kitchen and living area upstairs amazing delta views. Owner responsive to requests. Would definitely stay again!

Arrived to find the property in a state of disrepair. Planned to propose to my girlfriend on site after seeing the photos, but had to change plans after seeing that the house and surrounding grounds were completely unkept. Could not get in contact with the owner after arriving either because the VRBO contact was no longer associated with the property.

Wonderful Vacation

The Delta Paradise Island home is a great place to stay right on the water. Beautiful views with wonderful accommodations. We brought our 24 ft pontoon boat and it worked perfectly in covered slip. Kevin and Cheryl were great hosts and very helpful. Would definitely book again!

My family and I had a great time at the Paradise Island house. The house was clean and well stocked with basic necessities. It had great views of the river from many angles of the house. It had plenty of activities at the house that kept us busy the whole weekend. We really enjoyed our stay.

The wifi was never connected so no internet and no television, the dishwasher was full of dishes and the dishwasher did not work. When we opened it to maybe wash dishes to use, a most horrible smell came out.. Horrible stink. We handwashed dishes during our stay with you. There were no sufficient towels for all of us there so we had to go out at night to buy towels AND bedsheets! We wanted to wash the new towels and sheets before use, only to find the washes half full with brown water. Another

We love it at Delta Paradise Island

This is such a special place! Unbeatable, sunrises and sunsets. Spectacular wildlife. Great fishing and Boating for miles and miles

Christmas in paradise

It was very peaceful and beautiful to be next to the river and see the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Very clean and spacious and well stocked. The manager was very helpful and if we needed anything, he was accommodating. Best Christmas I’ve had in years spending with my family in such a beautiful and comfortable home.

Lives Up to Its Name

Paradise Island was perfect for 5 friends and I. The secluded and private property has multiple decks from which to enjoy the water on three sides. It is every bit as nice as the photos at the website. The hosts, Melanie and Rob, were responsive and great in every way. Will definitely be back.

Hawaii-like vacation

Perfect for our large family with active boys. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided and there were areas to ride bikes too. The house was wonderful, every bedroom had beautiful sunrise views along with kitchen, dining and living room. Best of all how nice everyone was including the landscaper/ gardener who kept the grounds spotless

Absolutely exceptional service by Cheryl and Kevin. We love this property and appreciate the love that goes into maintaining this gorgeous home & grounds. We loved watching the sunrise from the hot tub each morning and walking around what feels like our very own Island🌮 Our only wish was we could stay longer. We look forward to a return stay. Best stay at the delta!

We had a great time at the Paradise Island house. Our family has been coming to the delta every summer my whole life, and discovering this house was a game changer. Private slips, AC, TVs in every bedroom, 2 fridges, hot tub, grass area, small beach area, fully stocked kitchen, and a bidet in every bathroom? This house has it all! The amazing view of the water from every room was a very nice bonus. The location is exactly where we want to be near North Fork and the kids’ daily ice cream cone. Everyone was happy and comfortable, and we will definitely be staying again.

Delta Paradise House

This is the second time I have rented this property absolutely love this vacation home. The setting is gorgeous on the Delta in Isleton California and the house is stunning!!! The management team we love them!!! I have already booked another stay at this property in August of 2023 can’t get enough of this place!!! Love love love it!!! Both times I have seen the same seal playing in the water right in front of the property loved this!!!

Beautiful Paradise Island Home

This was the perfect place for our family get together - 8 adults. So much space to relax and visit and enjoy the views! Very clean, comfortable and peaceful - inside and out. We enjoyed the patio area with the BBQ and the fire pit on the deck upstairs was awesome!! We were so happy we could bring our dog - there is a nice big grass area next to the home and a great area to walk her along the river and also an area we could keep her fenced in on the patio. Kevin was very helpful and accomodating for anything we needed. We hope to plan another trip to Paradise Island next spring!!

Overall our time was great. Cheryl was fantastic. There was not a pull out sleeper sofa and the hot tub didn’t work. The water stopped but cheryl was on it right away and got it fixed. The atmosphere being on the river was fabulous. Very nice and we would definitely come back. Beautiful property.
