The property was as presented. It was clean when we arrived. The view is spectacular and the beach is literally steps away. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the beach. The host were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

The property was ok. It was not as clean as it could have been. The beds were horrible. We left a day early due to the beds being back breakers. The cookware and cooking utensils were horrible. The skillets were not fit to even scramble an egg. Towels were like sandpaper and the first roll of toilet paper they supply is also like sandpaper. The beach was a few steps away which was very convenient. Location was good.

This condo exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had incredible views. The location was ideal—just steps from the beach and close to everything Orange Beach has to offer.The owners were great to work with, and the entire experience was seamless. We spent our days enjoying the beach, local restaurants, and family activities, then returned each evening to a comfortable and relaxing home away from home.The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the condo was spacious and comfortable for our family. We made so many wonderful memories during our stay and would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend!

Easy check-in and out. Parking is by tedious QR code process and limited to two vehicles. Brook at Alabama Sands was awesome in helping us with parking pass glitches. Overall, very pleased with Alabama Sands. The condo was good but the balcony was very small with only 4 uncomfortable chairs.

Unit needs deep cleaning, needs just one good set of glasses instead of two cabinets of mixed, needs good clean towels and rugs, door mat needs replaced dirty, and pillows are awful. Needs some updating not whst pictures are.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful view and the pictures are accurate. Parking was the only thing, it can get full and the extra parking at the fairfield is a bit of a walk
