A Perfect Placement Indeed

This was a great place to stay for our family spring break vacation. The property manager took care of all our needs and requests. The house was very clean, and its location to the beach was great. I highly recommend staying at this property to experience North Captiva Island.

North Captiva Perfect Placement

We really enjoyed out vacation and the house was well located, in good shape and clean. Communication with owner and management was smooth and easy. Very relaxing time spent with family together.

Girls Trip

We have stayed in this house every year for 7 years and we love it so much we keep coming back. The house has amazing views of the Gulf of America. Inside has everything you need to cook, relax or enjoy cocktails on the lanai which was our favorite spot. Will be back again next year!

Great experience

The location was perfect, the house was clean and was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of extra room to spare for another family. The owner and property management team was wonderful and very responsive. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation

There is a lot of planning involved in getting here but it was well worth it. Definitely a relaxing beach vacation… there is nothing to do but beach and pool but that was exactly what we were looking for. The teenagers we brought were alittle bored but overall great vacation.

Perfect Placement Indeed!

We had a wonderful week on the island and in Perfect Placement. The house is really well laid out for two families (with a "master-esq" bedroom on each level and a kid bedroom on each level), and we felt incredibly comfortable there. Having the beach just steps from the front door was also fantastic!

Perfect Stay

There was a group of seven us. Enough room for everyone to have there own space. The location was incredibly beautiful. We were able to sit on the porch or walk out to the beach every night to watch the sunset and the boys could fish. We had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone.

Loved Perfect Placement

We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this house and the island. It was very clean, gorgeous views of the beach, and just a very short walk to the water. The club pool was never crowded. We loved all of the wildlife, especially the daily visits with the dolphins at dolphin beach. We cannot wait to return!

Incredible

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was so nice and supplied with everything that we needed! It has the most incredible views and Tropical Foliage! You will feel like you are on a Tropical Island in the Caribbean! Love Love Loved our stay! The only negative thing about this trip was that we had to leave when our week was up!

So relaxing!

This vacation was everything we hoped it would be! The location can’t be beat. We enjoyed every sunset (and moon set) from the patio off the kitchen. This was probably our favorite place in the house! One of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had and can’t wait to get back! Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Wonderful stay

This was our second time on the island and our first staying at Perfect Placement. The house was much bigger than I anticipated and was more than sufficient for our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 children, aged 4 & 8). The kitchen was well-stocked with all the appliances and dishes one might need (doesn't always happen at rentals!) which was a nice surpise. The access to the beach was unparalleled. The beach chairs and a few sand toys that were included were a nice perk too! We love North Captiva and will certainly be back.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for my family. It is on a great part of the beach where the shelling is fantastic. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The management company made it so easy for our family to travel. The island is still very much recovering, but staying in this house made it totally worth it. The sunsets and beaches were amazing. We already booked for next year!

Amazing

Beautiful property. We’ve stayed on north Captiva several times and this may have been our favorite property! Property managers were great and the house had everything we needed. Sweet location with your own private path to the beach. New 6 seater golf cart was awesome. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic

Stayed at Perfect Placement and had an amazing time! The location was amazing and we will be back! There was 10 of us so we ended up renting an extra golf cart but really did not need it. We hit Costco and a grocery store on our way to the docks and that worked out well. Really amazing beaches right out the door! Thanks

Great Beach House

The house was in the perfect location on the island. The views were great from all rooms facing the Gulf of Mexico. My boys could walk 30 yards out the front door and be on the white sand beach. The beach in front of house is the best on the island. Make sure to book a fishing time with the Fishing Lady who lives down the street. It was the highlight of our trip.

It is Perfectly Placed

The name of the home is apropos. The home is steps away from the beach with great views from the main living area and some bedrooms. You can watch the sunset from the upstairs deck. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. We had a great week hanging out on North Captiva.

Great family visit

It was truly the perfect location. The house was clean and well stocked. Beaches were not busy and tons of shells right out the door. My kids had an amazing time. Lots of pool/beach toys and even a pop up kid tent and extra umbrella/chairs. We just packed our clothes and minimal essentials. Very easy and a great way to relax for a week. We’ll definitely be back!

Truly is a perfect placement

Everything was wonderful. Had some trouble getting our house supplies and golf cart gave us trouble till the ended up switching it but everything else was exactly as pictured. We love the island and will always come back!
