We offer keyless entry for your convenience. On the main floor we have a Family Room and Master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The family room has accordion style glass doors that open to the huge courtyard expanding your living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and has a large table and 3 small counter height tables and a large island. The courtyard offers more seating and an outdoor ping pong table. It is accessed through the kitchen or family room. Upstairs you can enjoy another small gathering area with TV, foosball, and 4 more bedrooms with their own bathrooms. At the end of the hall is access to our rooftop deck and our huge bunk room with 12 queen bunks, bean bags, TV, two bathrooms, and loft. Plenty of sleeping space and space to play. On the rooftop deck you can enjoy the views and enjoy a meal at the tables. This home has so many gathering areas and ample space to fit your large group.

We allow up to 3 dogs with a pet fee. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet and do not have them on the furniture. If the dog causes any damage that can and will be taken out of your security deposit.

Fly in to St George, Las Vegas, or even Salt Lake City. Car rentals are common in that case - try out Turo app as an alternative to standard rental companies. Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

*NO FOOD on the beds or in the bedrooms at all please.
*Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-9AM
*NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOME). Thank you for your cooperation.
*Please no gatherings or events with more than your reserved guests.
*Up to 3 dogs are allowed on the property with approval from owner and pet fee paid.
*Pets must be potty trained, well behaved, and not a breed that sheds excessively.
*No pets allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be leashed on community common property.
*You agree to clean up after your pet and any damage incurred will be reported and taken out of deposit.
*DO NOT use metal utensils on the pans – only plastic or wooden utensils. Please do not use non-stick spray on the frying pans, it will ruin the surface.
*You are welcome to park in the garage, in the driveway, and on the street. As trailer parking is not completed at this time you are welcome to park your trailer in any area not impeding others access or home.
