The house was great. Plenty of space for my family and the outdoor sitting areas were perfect for all of us to relax and visit comfortably.

Nice place

My family of 5 stayed here. My husband, 2 adult daughters, and 1 daughter's boyfriend stayed. The only complaint I have is that there weren't enough hand towels. In the laundry, there was a sign asking not to wash the linens, but I didn't want to use the same hand towel for 6 days. The property is nicely equipped otherwise. The backyard area is very peaceful, and we even had a mama deer and her young babies visit in the early morning. I did a lot of relaxing and reading in the serene setting. The young adults enjoyed the fact that there was a smart TV in all the bedrooms.

Beautiful home in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings and watching the deer graze as we drank our coffee.

A wonderful place to enjoy nature in a private setting

My siblings and I were delighted with the lovely accommodations and surroundings. Coffee on the deck with birds and wildlife all around was a wonderful setting to chat and plan our day.

MTB Paradise

Everyone in the group agreed, this is the best short term rental we've stayed in this year. We've been down to Bentonville 8 or 9 times this year, and this was by far the most MTB friendly place we've been. Everything form tools and bike stands in the garage, to WORKING TVs in every room. This place is perfect, and located right at the top of Huntley Gravity Zone! Would definitely stay there again!

Bella Vista

Loved this house in Bella Vista. It had everything we needed for the weekend. We were sad the weather didn’t cooperate so that we could enjoy the outdoor fire pit. It was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be back.

Great House

House looked awesome when we entered. Nice layout and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were very nice (quality toilet paper!). Easy to use Wi-fi and TV. Check in and check out was simple. Would definitely stay again.

Graduation weekend

Great place to stay thats not too far out of town. We were able to put up family and friends for the weekend for college graduation. The space was perfect for us all to come together and eat and visit after graduation! Perfect!!!

Great Place to Stay

The house was perfect for our family of six, and in great condition. We enjoyed the proximity to the gravity trails and hanging out in the back yard. Some very minor suggestions - a few more cups and silverware, another couch or chair in the family room, and a towel rack in the master bathroom. But we would totally stay here again.

Great family getaway

We loved staying here! Every morning we got to wake up and build a fire in the woods, which was the dream. So much privacy on the property. A really sweet neighbor! House had everything we needed. I noticed there had been negative comments about the living room furniture being uncomfortable and small from previous guests and the hosts seem to have put in a nice new couch (it was different from the pictures). I thought that was really cool.

location was nice, clean, yet mattresses were just Ok. Also need for more towel since we only had 1 per person. Showers were nice and access to wifi and tv were great!

Quick solo trip

Place was great. Very clean and updated. Couch wasn't very comfortable and the living room wasn't setup for a large group. However, since I was solo this trip, it didn't create any issues for me. Enjoyed the access to trails and courses. Look forward to coming back and would definitely look to stay here again with my wife.

Comfortable, clean, easy.

Muriel, our host was easy to work with and very responsive. The house is lovely and quiet, very clean. We were out and about with family so only used the coffee maker, but the kitchen is fully functional. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay. The outside porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. I have family living in the area and will definitely book again.

Quick Bella Vista Getaway

Overall we really enjoyed this property. We liked the location - very relaxing and off the beaten path while still being close to stores and restaurants. Bike trail right off the property! The only thing I might add is it is pretty sparse as far as commodities- some starter coffee and bottled water would be a nice addition. Loved the screened in porch and the swings!! Even saw several deer. Tanyard creek is close and such a fun hike with the kids. We will be back! Thanks

Bike Trip

PERFECT location to ride in/out. Kitchen was nicely supplied with utensils for cooking. Loved the garage with tools and bike stand. Not comfortable to relax after a day of riding. The living room furniture was dirty, small and extremely uncomfortable. The beds are all spring mattress beds and definitely could use updating. Definitely could use some upgrades but isn’t a horrible place to stay.

Beautiful Property, Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and nicely styled. The kitchen had items needed to make regular meals. The bedrooms were nice size for two per room. The host communicated quickly with a couple questions I had. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Lots of wildlife to view from the windows. We could park in the garage however the opener wasn't working so we used the button on the wall (easy future fix). Although you're further out from most shopping/activities/restaurants, it was an easy and often scenic drive to everything. We'd definitely stay again! Our only complaint is the couch needs to updated. We avoided sitting on it. The rest of the furnishings were beautiful, modern and comfortable. Five star stay!

Quiet Getaway

The house was clean and offered everything we needed for a quiet getaway. The house has all the basics you would expect. Having garage access with a bike stand and tools is a nice perk for anyone hitting the trails. If you are a mountain biker and planning a trip to NWA, this is a good place to stay. As others have mentioned, there are trails right outside the property and many more within a short drive away. The host are friendly and timely with communication. When an issue arose, they remediated it as quickly as possible. We could not have expected more. Overall, we had a nice stay and recommend this place to anyone heading to NWA.
