Wonderful Location Near Glenview CC, Golf Cart Included.

We would love to have you come stay and experience all The Villages has to offer! We have been visiting friends here for almost 20 years and at this specific location for more than 10. When they decided it was time for them to sell, it became clear it was time for us to transition from visitors to residents! We hope to eventually spend significant time here, but while we are still working full time, we would love to share this amazing experience with you.
This home has been so well taken care of and is wonderfully furnished and tastefully decorated. You will find a king bed in the large master suite, double sink vanity, and a huge closet. There is a second bedroom and also a pull out couch in the office to provide plenty of additional sleeping options should you have guests visiting.
The designer home has an inviting open floor plan with plenty of space to read quietly or gather with friends. Our favorite part of this property has always been the spectacular outdoor space. There is an all season lanai with a Mitsubishi heating/ac unit to truly make it comfortable no matter the weather. The sliding glass doors open up to a screened bird cage on one side and a paver patio out the other with an area perfect for grilling. The peekaboo view of Glenview Country Club provides an absolutely beautiful & peaceful setting to relax and enjoy this space.
As enjoyable as this home is to visit, what keeps us coming back to the Villages is the incredible energy of the residents. If you are looking for an active community with endless sport and entertainment options, start planning your trip because The Villages has it all.
The Villages is home to over 50 golf courses including both executive and championship courses. With the Glenview course literally out your backyard , the Palmer Legends and Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club a short golf cart ride away, the biggest decision of the day is where do you want to play! If golf isn't your thing, there are many other options to be active including pickleball & tennis courts, fitness centers and swimming pools.
The fun doesn't need to end after a busy day of activity. The Villages has free nightly live entertainment at each Town Square. There are also ticketed shows at the entertainment centers, including the Savannah Center which is only a couple minutes away. These shows include concerts, comedians, and Broadway style musicals.
