We always leasing 8B for several reasons: it’s clean, well supplied and on the first floor.

The Amelia Landing is great place to stay since it is perfectly located to the beach, restaurants, as well as grocery stores. There are amenities such as tennis courts and private swimming pool. The units are nicely decorated to accommodate everyone. The kitchen is well supplied with the latest appliances and glassware. The bedrooms are roomy with a bath in the master and a bath nearby in the spare bedroom. There is a porch nicely decorated to add to your relaxation. What a great place to read a book, have a drink or take a nap. I know we will be back in the near future.

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed another vacation at Amelia Island! Your unit was nice and accommodated our needs wonderfully! The owners worked quick to resolve an air conditioning problem when they found out that my father-in-law had health issues that the heat could have affected. Great place to stay for beach time and relaxing time!!! We will be back!

Quiet getaway

The pictures in the listing are better than the actual property. The rooms, especially the master bedroom, are small. The kitchen is well-equipped but cramped. The porch looks great in the listing but is narrow, and most days were too cold to use. The unit is tranquil, despite being on the first floor. The location is convenient to both Fernandina Beach, the Atlantic beaches, and hiking on Talbot Island.
