The home:
As you enter you will be wowed with the two-story living room and stunning view of the backyard. The 1st floor includes a guest room with a King sized bed, full bathroom, TV and workstation with a desktop computer. Oversized living room including a pool table. Dining room that can accommodate 12 people. Large kitchen with fully stocked cabinets help make it feel like home. The kitchen includes counter seating plus a breakfast nook for 6-8 people. Custom Dolby Atmos movie theatre and full bar that services the backyard.

2nd Floor: Upstairs you will have the remaining bedrooms including the master Suite and 3 additional bedrooms. The master suite includes a King Sized bed, walk in closet and a gorgeous golf course view. The spa like master bath includes a steam shower, and HUGE outdoor bath including 3 shower heads and a rock bathtub from Bali. There is an open concept small family room before the 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and a pull out sofa chair (twin sized) Bedroom 2 includes a custom kids Montessori house bed (Queen sized) and a crib. Bedroom 3 includes a queen sized bed and a balcony. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
Outdoors: With one of the largest backyards in Dorado Beach East there is no shortage of space for the kids to run around. A large pool and a hot tub that can fit 10+ people sit at the back of the very private yard. Enjoy the 3000 gallon custom above ground fish tank while the kids play in the custom built playground or practice your golf swing on the putting green.
