Cozy Ocean-front first floor condominium

Recently renovated except bathroom. Brand new beds, mattress, new floors, new sofa bed and fresh paint. For any questions or concerns please call or text Maria Bianchi at (917)292-7190
This condo is located on the first floor with the pool just a few steps away. All kids under 17 need to be accompanied by an adult. Please no outside visitor. No pets.
Cape May is 20 minutes away and the boardwalk is 10 minutes away by car.
The beach is just down the block and is just a one-minute walk.
Access to a washer and dryer at any time, clothes line to hang your towels and bathing suits. Washer and dryers need quarters. There’s a ice maker on the property. Great restaurants not far at all.
Every Friday night there is a spectacular firework show located on the beach.
Many restaurants are nearby.
Many activities such as jet-skiing, whale watching, full playground areas, and sport-related activities are all very close by.

Great place and location

The unit is clean and in very close proximity to the beach and ice cream. Wildwood Crest is a great town for families and Maria’s place is a fantastic hub. We will be staying here again.

Maria was a fabulous host. My family absolutely loved this condo. It had great walk ability to the beach and local parks. The pool was a great asset for our family as well. My family is already asking to come back and stay longer. Maria was very easy to contact and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location!

Our family comes to wildwood every year, and this condo was GREAT!!! Maria was very responsive before we checked in/and after. Great location, close to the beach, loved that it was in the first floor ( so easy to bring in our things) and right outside was the pool, which was great for the kids!

Absolutely excellent!!! - Everyone was so welcoming and wonderful to us - multi generational families - the safest, cleanest and friendliest place!! Clean and comfortable condo with everything you need. My daughter and I had a blast. The location is PERFECT and Maria is the best and simply most responsive host. We will absolutely be back!!!

Great Vacations

The location is near of the beach, you can walk 2 minutes to go to the beach. It's a quiet place and everything is well maintained. The swimming pool is perfect for all family. You can drive 15 minutes for go to Boardwalk.

Another great stay

We enjoyed staying at this location last year but found the bedroom situation to be difficult. The owner seemed to be very open to the feedback and updated the condo and the beds specifically - the stay was incredibly more comfortable and the updates look great. It's a wonderful 1 bed 1 bath, the pool is gorgeous and upkept well, plus being 1 block from the beach in Wildwood Crest - can't beat it!

Family vacation

I stayed at Maria's condo with my husband and 13 year old daughter. It was the perfect space for us! It is kept very clean with new floors, furniture and kitchen. The location couldn't be better. We went to the beach every day, so being able to walk there makes everything easier. We also enjoyed having our morning coffee on the sundeck. The pool is heated and very clean. The whole property is very well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The ice machine was an added bonus! I have been coming to Wildwood to meet with relatives since I was a little girl, so I have stayed at many places! Maria's place has been one of the best. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay by the shore

Enjoyed our stay at Maria’s condo. Pool area was nice and clean, nice new grills for cooking out, the place is in a nice quiet area and very close to the beach.

Great location, good price, flexible stay

We stayed at this location for a week, Thursday to Thursday - we were thrilled to have a listing with flexibility of mid-week turnover (Saturday to Saturday isn't always the best). Maria was very responsive and helpful before we booked, before we got there, and while we were there. The listing online is pretty spot on accurate to what you'll get, and the kitchen itself is very new and nice - great for the option to cook or reheat in the oven. The place was neat and tidy, but I do wish it had more than a broom for cleaning (like a vacuum or mop or both) as we like to clean as we go. Although we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into with the tight bedroom, it was tough to live/sleep in with just the two of us. It's a cool concept and I'm sure for kids would be beneficial, but would have preferred no bunk bed. Unfortunately though the main bed might need a new mattress/frame at this point, as it made noise at every movement - manageable with two even if we wake each other, but probably really hard with kids. Either way, we made it work just fine and don't usually stay too much in the bedroom on vacations anyway. The complex itself is super nice, I think there were some owners around while we were there and they were incredibly nice and friendly. You could tell they cared about the safety and comfort of the tenants. The pool was nice, actually had a deep end, plus a spot for kids. Location itself was so nice - we love biking and it was perfect distance away from the noisy boardwalk and in the nice Crest area, plus a super easy walk to the beach. Overall we had a great time and appreciate Maria being so helpful.

Amazing stay

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property. The host was easy to reach and responded to everything right away. Everything went so smoothly and even the neighbors went out of their way to make us feel at home and like we were part of the community. My kids had a blast in the pool. We also lived that we were only a block away from the beach. Would definitely book this place again.

Great place and location

Maria was very helpful and always available to answer any questions during our stay. Great location and the other tenants/renters were very friendly! Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Pool and grills were a plus! Overall we had a wonderful time during our stay!
