The only area off limits is the locked ownerâs closet and the garage (unless previously agreed upon with host).
Please note that there are outdoor cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety.
Contactless check-in via key coded door locks. The door code will be provided to you 1 day prior to your check-in date, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
Please note: We ask that you do not use the garage. We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500.
Please note: Our refrigerator does not produce ice or filtered water.
Must be 21 years of age to book.
We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to unforeseeable weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damages caused by natural disasters.
COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.
