Hi, my name is Carmen and I’ve been a host for the last three years and I love every minute.
I hold a “Super Host” designation on AIRBNB and a “Premier Host” with VRBO, attesting we are experienced, highly rated hosts who are committed to providing great stays for our guests.
In my role, I help make sure each and every one of my guests gets the most wonderful experience and benefits you are entitled to. I am sure you’ll agree that’s important! It is also important for us to be credible and reliable. You count on me to offer a great experience and I keep it all straight to make sure everyone gets the right attention. In order to work smart, we also make sure that our processes are efficient and we are in communication when needed. This is important in this industry that grows at this rate all over the word. We want to ensures that we do everything right from the start.
On a personal note, I was born in Romania, married my husband 25 years ago, and lived good years in Holland and Montreal. For nearly 20 years now, we’ve made Toronto our home. We love to travel, and have seen the world: Holland Belgium, Germany, Cyprus, Egypt, Panama, Bahamas, Venezuela, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, the US and all of eastern Canada… but really, there is no place like home with your family! Speaking of family, our precious daughter, is now 14 years old, and I plan to pass on to her what I know about Hosting. When we joined this community, I remember my daughter asking me “mommy, what kind of business is this?” I had no answer for her at that time, but now I know that I am a passionate and committed host – proud to be part of this wonderful growing business.
We have seen our fair share of hotels and Airbnb/Vrbo houses and can’t wait to “virtually” meet our fellow travelers and provide them with the same hospitality that we have been shown in many countries.

Our nice and cozy condo with all the comforts is situated in a strategic position to reach easily and quickly all the most attractive places of Clearwater city.
Clearwater Beach, voted Nr #1 US beach for few consecutive years, is just 7min away driving (if no traffic).
You’ll love our place because was just renovated May 2022 – everything is brand NEW! It does not pretend to be a five-star hotel BUT it is!!! Is bright and very clean, Wi-FI works great, AC is new as well, tasteful furnishings and décor, comfortable sofa, King bed is incredibly comfortable, all linens and towels are 100% cotton, all kitchen items needed for cooking are provided …hope the reviews will tell the story and our photos will marry beautifully the words.
This condo makes excellent use of the space with a calming neutral palette and sleek finished floors alongside thoughtful details.
Our place is a place for you to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself. It is a retreat especially designed for You to come alone, or with a friend or partner to enjoy life.
Although shops and restaurants are only a few-minutes away, the area feels peaceful and secluded, you will be pleased choosing this complex for your vacation or business-related trip.
We will not be there to welcome you most of the times as we live and work far from this piece of heaven but our Teams there are doing all necessary for your comfort.
