Renovated home in Speedway minutes from Indy 500 and close to Downtown

Welcome to our completely updated home in the heart of Speedway! Walking distance to Indianapolis Motor Speedway and all of the restaurants, breweries, and local shops Main Street has to offer.
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, each space in the house was renovated in the Spring of 2022 with particular detail to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.

The main floor offers two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed), one full bathroom, living room, dining space, along with a kitchen that has all of the essentials you may need during your stay.

The finished basement has a third bedroom (two twin beds), game room, and laundry. The game room has a table, perfect for board games or poker, as well as a combo game table that includes mini pool, ping pong, foosball, & slide hockey.

The home also has a back deck perfect for entertaining with a grill and fire pit table.

Week long stay

This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back. Convenient, very quiet neighborhood( non-race season). John is an excellent host!

Great location and host

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and an easy walk to IMS Speedway. Also walkable to bars and restaurants on Main Street.It's on old house that has been remodeled a while back in some interesting ways with some quirks. Our biggest challenge was three adults sharing one small bathroom for a week but we made it work.The host was easy to contact and provided alot of great recommendations on local points of interest.

Indianapolis Convention

Great host and a great house. A group of us were attending a weeklong conference at the convention center. Commute each day was great. The kitchen was adequately outfitted for cooking meals.

Nice place in Speedway

Clean house with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Loved the racing decor and games in the basement. Will book again when we have folks in town and need more space!

Nice home that’s within walking distance of the Indy speedway. Also very close to main st, which has some nice diners, pubs and restaurants.

The place was perfect!!

I had to come in town For a work trip with some colleagues. The place was perfect, it was close to where we had to work and it had everything we needed! John was a perfect host staying in touch I would highly recommend this house if you ever have to come to Indy! And it’s very close to all the great places you want to see… Indy speedway, cool restaurants etc

Nice remodeled home in Speedway

We were visiting family in Indianapolis, so the Speedway location was great for us. The home is nicely remodeled and had what was needed for our 2 nights. We were mostly with family and at the home for sleeping and showering. Would stay again!

Brickyard Weekend

Outstanding location close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Compact and efficient, it makes great home base for any party traveling to the Indy area. Neighborhood is outstanding, everything you need is within a 5 minute drive from the house. Would highly recommend and hopefully will stay again for future races!

Awesome property and owners

John, the property manager, was so easy to work with when we had any questions. Very fast responses. House was amazing and updated. Location was convenient and located within a short distance to everything. Definitely recommend staying here when coming to Speedway. We will be back!

Nice location for US Nationals

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Easy access to the speedway and a short 7 miles to Lucas Raceway Park. Perfect for just the 2 of us. House reminded me of growing up in Indy staying in town with relatives. We could open windows at night and slept very well on the memory foam bed! Only 1 bathroom so more than 4 might be a bathroom challenge. Owner sent e-mail with a list of restaurants to try and they were all excellent choices. Had to do Charlie Browns for 1 breakfast for memory sake and it was good too!! Thank you John!!

Far Better than Expected

We drove from SC to Indianapolis for the Bands of America Nationals. This place was MUCH more affordable and hospitable than staying in a hotel room! I knew the house would sleep all 5 of us and only have 1 bathroom, but it ended up not being a problem at all! It also came with all the necessary amenities and facilities to cook and clean up after ourselves. Easy Peasy. The beds were so cozy, I contacted them to find out the brand and where they got them and they replied quickly. I've NEVER slept SO soundly the very first night in a new place. Though this WAS an older home, they've done great updates (even my teen remarked how he liked the updated decor and cleanliness) and we all felt safe - especially on a quiet street with 2 cop cars nearby who were evidently neighbors. Couldn't ask for a better space to stay for 3 nights at a great price for 5 people.

Quaint lovely home

Our stay was everything we needed. While the kitchen was mostly stocked, we lacked a large pan to cook our dinner in (we had a large enough pan to brown meat, but not make a full sauce/dish). Was really awesome to be provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee pods as well as filters for the whole pot. The speedway, and main street with lots of food options, is a short stroll away which was nice to be able to walk to dinner. The area was just okay. The convenience to the speedway and university was great, but there are certainly questionable areas in between (enjoyed the walk during the day but I wouldn't be walking at dusk as a single woman). Overall I would absolutely recommend this property for the convenience and comfort it offers.

Cozy and Comfy!

Overall a really sweet simple home and super comfortable stay. The stairs to downstairs are very steep so if your staying with small children no worries as there is a door to keep them from going down. The pack n play and booster was a huge help, less to pack is always nice! The home included many personal touches. The kitchen is open to the living room and it is very well stocked with cooking supplies, seasonings, pans, drink shaker, cleaning supplies. You name it! It really felt like a home and not just an empty house. Very close to the track and plenty of beds for sleeping. Every store is conveniently close so your not far from anything. The background would have been awesome to enjoy but we came in the winter. Communication was AMAZING. Immediate responses and answers very professionally. Would definitely recommend this home and will definitely be booking again when I come back to visit!
