Inside the brand-new home, the spacious open living area is marvelous.

The living room is newly furnished, and the kitchen’s expansive island has bar seating for 4. The handsome dining table sits 6. The screened-in porch, just off the living room, is ideal for morning coffee and pastries.

Near the entrance are two guest rooms, both with king, TV, and a shared hall bath. Near the stairs is a wonderful primary bedroom, king, with TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual vanity.

Upstairs, a living area is perfect for kids or teens. Down the hall is a guest bedroom with two twin beds. A second guest room can double as an office and has a daybed. Both share a full bathroom.

February 2020 Stay

House was very comfortable...spacious, new and inviting. Beautiful weekend, easy walk to a peaceful beach. Beach access super easy at the end of the street. Grandkids loved the HUB for dinner. Convenient to shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach. Our family loved the place and will definitely be back!

Great place close to the beach!

This is the perfect house for young kids. We were able to go to the beach, come home for nap time and still relax in the pool and not just be stuck inside. Great outdoor living, cooking and playing. Plenty of room for 2 couples and all of our kiddos. (1 year, 2 year old and 3 year old).

May 2022 Stay

Entire family loved "Crest La Vie"!!! It provided the perfect balance between being a beach bum and hanging out at the pool. Ideal location on very quiet street provided easy walking(or bicycle ride)to the beach. The layout of the common areas lent itself to enjoyable family time inside and out by the pool. Will certainly be back again....very soon I hope!!!

Fall Break 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home on a quiet street with easy access to the beach. Basketball hoop and golf cart were a bonus! Amazing backyard space. Our kids loved the pool and the putting green was a hit for all plus dive-in movies after long days at beach. Recommend heating the pool.Two-story home construction next door was unexpected. High water pressure, limited linens, pool lights not working and checking in with leftover garbage from prior guests would be my complaints.

Outstanding Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location were absolutely great. Having the golf cart made trips to the beach so easy and manageable. The house itself was fantastic and the beds were great. The other reviews made mention of the actual bedding being subpar and I would agree. A mattress pad for the mattress would go a long way and also protect the mattresses! Also the tires on the bike were all flat which proved a bit challenging to ride the bikes. I did ask for them to be aired up, but that request was not fulfilled. The pool and outdoor bathroom were perfect! This is a great house and one not to miss.

Gorgeous Seacrest Property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Seaside/Seagrove/Seacrest areas along 30A for 10+ years now and this is one of the best properties we've stayed in yet. Everything was exactly as described and pictured with just one exception - the nice bed linens shown in the images are stored away and instead we had just simple, white bed linens, which I can understand. Everything was very clean and the home & decor are beautiful and it is an extremely spacious property with 5 bedrooms. The mattress in the master bedroom is incredible - the best I've slept in a long time! The property also has a brand new amazing inground pool with heating available and a very nice outdoor area with full privacy that we were able to take advantage of! One tiny thing we were disappointed about is there was no DVD/Blu-ray player anywhere in the home. That is one of our nightly family traditions, so we always bring movies with us. We are also used to staying a little closer to shops and restaurants where you can just get out and walk to shop or eat. This property is a little further away from things like that (1-2 miles). However, the property comes with 3 bikes and we rented a golf cart from Charlie @ Good Times Rentals for a very reasonable rate. Those made getting around an easy & quick ride! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

November 2021 Stay

We had a great stay. The pool was excellent I was so grateful that it was a heated pool the days we stayed was unusually cold. The after cooking outdoors on the bbq pit and enjoying the strobe lights in the pool was relaxing. Took the golf cart to the beach and down to the hub for dinner a few nights nothing like the cool breeze before turning in. The comfort of the bed was second to none. We all hope to return next year for the car show and a week of fun

Checks all the boxes, just needs a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself checks all the boxes: great location, big pool, fun putting green and basketball hoop for the kids, 10 minute walk to the beach. However, the overall cleanliness of the home was very poor. Upon arrival, the floor appeared to have not been cleaned as it was very sticky. I notified the management company and they sent someone out the next day to clean it. All the baseboards, light fixtures and vent hoods are all dusty. The couches, cushions and patio furniture are all in need of a deep steam clean. No mattress covers on the mattresses, so you could see all the stains and the pillows are all stained/gross. My son stayed in the middle bedroom on the first floor and there was garbage tucked behind the headboard when we got there. Also, the pool was never treated while we were there - lots of dirt and sand at the bottom of the pool.
