Unique setting on the beautiful shores of Lake Rosseau. This newly renovated 2200 sq. ft. 4 bedroom cottage offers a quiet space for total relaxation. Nestled on the outskirts of Cameron Bay on Lake Rosseau and across from the quaint village of Rosseau, you have immediate access to a variety of amenities including: Marina, Restaurants, Bakery, LCBO, Shopping, Post Office, Coffee Shop and Friday Farmers' Market along the Rosseau Waterfront Boat Launch and Beach.
The cottage itself is surrounded with tall trees and privacy. Offering both sun and shade along the waterfront and on the waterside deck that spans the front side of the cottage and can be easily accessed through the screened in Muskoka Room, Great Room or stairs towards the lake. If open concept living is what you’re looking for you will be delighted to spend your vacation here. This gorgeous cottage features new wide plank oak floors, cathedral ceilings, ample natural light and has been tastefully decorated while offering the ideal space for you and your family. On the main floor you have, one oversized master bedroom with Queen sized bed and a 4 piece bathroom right beside. The kitchen, dining and living room are open to one another and complemented by a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, Screened in Muskoka Room, offering the quiet comforts of the outdoors setting over looking the lake. The second floor offers 3 spacious bedrooms, laundry and a 3 piece bathroom.
Breathtaking views, gradual water depth with a unique sandy bottom among 170 ft of private shoreline. While enjoying the view try to locate The Lighthouse Shoal light tower, which has been in its location in the northern end of Rosseau since 1890. Round out your evenings by the fire pit at the shore and enjoy the calmness of the lake.
