A personal vehicle is recommended to fully explore the area. The home’s central location allows for quick, easy access to Torch Lake, downtown Bellaire, nearby marinas, and surrounding attractions—making day trips and lake days effortless.

The house was comfortable for our stay. It is close to many tourist attractions (Bellaire, Alden, winery, lakes).I would recommend bringing extra portable fans to use when the weather is warm.

This home is located close to Torch Lake. It was a great home for a large group. It is very spacious. Had fun playing darts in the game shed. The deck area is very enjoyable!

Quiet location just outside of Bellaire.

We only had a few nights stay in the Torch Lake area, and this home was one of a few that could accommodate our larger party of 6. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen roomy, info from property manager was great. It is 5 minutes away from Bellaire, which has lots of cute shops and restaurants. We rented a Pontoon boat that we were able to pickup right in Bellaire - HOWEVER, please note: In order to get to Torch Lake from Bellaire via boat, you have to drive through the chain lakes river systems, thru Lake Bellaire, through Crab Lake and then finally to Torch Lake. It took us almost 2 hours. Some things that took away from giving it all 5 stars: -The view of Torch Lake is a little slit through the trees. If you want to see the whole lake, you need to walk down the road to the public area, which we did do. There is no beach, just stairs down to the water. It's very rocky, but not impossible if your kids are willing. -There is no A/C in the house. I wasn't specifically looking for this, just assumed it would have it, but it does not. Unfortunately, it was humid while we were there and the house was stuffy. They do provide lots of fans, which we utilized. -There is only one bathroom, and it is older, and the bathroom door sticks very badly. I would guess it is from the humidity. You cannot open or close it all the way without some pretty hard force. It makes it hard not to wake everyone else up in the morning. The woods are very pretty & quiet!

Welcoming Property

Lovely and spacious home in wooded surroundings just off Torch Lake. Beautiful decks that are open and the area right off the back slider has beautiful loungers to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Spacious bedrooms and open layout create a wonderful home experience. Large kitchen with many amenities to make our stay very pleasant. The home was a perfect place to just relax and enjoy Northern Michigan.

Beautiful Rental

The house and property not only met but exceeded our expectations. It's in a great neighborhood, with great views and only a short walk down to the lake. The listing was accurate, and indeed, we were actually more impressed with the house in person. The house was well-stocked, it was clean, and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property. It's the type of place we will come back to.

This is a great property. It is well maintained and very comfortable. There is even a lake view. The location is central to Alden, Bellaire and Eastport.

My name is Sue and I love working with and meeting new people! I am the property manager for the owners of this beautiful property. My husband and I bought our first vacation home over 17 years ago in Bellaire, MI. We would vacation up north all summer with our family. The community is so friendly and inviting, that as our children got older, we decided to make this our permanent home and moved to Bellaire full time 6 years ago. There is so much to go see and do in northern Michigan with all of the changing seasons.
We decided to buy another property on the lake to rent. This would make it possible for other families to make memories for years to come. With my background in sales and real estate, we decided it would be a fun thing to get involved with other property owners and help manage their properties while they are out of town. This is how I decided to form Bellaire Property Management. I will do whatever I can to make your stay enjoyable and wanting you to come back! :)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home is decorated very nice and has large dining table to accommodate family or friends. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the essentials needed for a vacation or weekend away! All of the bedrooms are very large. Beautiful sunsets over Torch Lake but also very private and close to downtown Bellaire. You might even see some deer in the yard while you are visiting.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

2 miles to Boat launches. 5 min to Downtown Bellaire. Large yard for family games or fires to have fun while roasting some mallows. You can drive right down the road to the public area to watch boats and view the blue waters while the sun sets. Gas grill on large back deck with outdoor table for all to enjoy!
