Thanks for your feedback! We will look into the All-Clad pan set you suggested. We have a full set of china dishware and a full set of plastic dishware (so parents have an option for kids, etc.)—if you have a preference for something else, just let me know! Unfortunately it won’t be possible to swap out our new electric stove for a gas stove, since we don’t have gas hookups. Similarly, switching out the tub in the primary bathroom for a jacuzzi is unfortunately not possible (jets are also difficult to fully sanitize—we are swapping out a jacuzzi tub in our other home for that reason). As far as I know, one, full-sized water heater is more than sufficient for a one-story, 2-bath house—we haven’t received any feedback or experienced any problems with it ourselves, but I’ll make note of it.
