Great host extremely helpful and check in and out were simple. Great location and extremely clean and well maintained. Felt right at home the minute I walked inside and the decor was great with everything that we needed to make for a great escape. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this Cocoa Beach property. The location is excellent — close to everything and easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for.The hosts have put a lot of thought into the details. It was well stocked with everything we needed, which made the stay easy and relaxing. The surf-themed décor adds a fun coastal vibe without feeling overdone — it really fits the Cocoa Beach atmosphere.One thing to note: there is a spiral staircase inside the unit. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, a great spot in Cocoa Beach and we’d happily stay again.

Best stay ever!

The host was wonderful, and the property was just so cool! The pictures don't do it justice, just beautiful. The property was also clearly well kept and maintained, the villa was very clean. Very convenient location as well, plenty of things to explore around Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, and other surrounding areas. We hope to be back someday!

Comfy bed! Would stay again.

I always appreciate when a property has a decent mattress and this was perfect for a girls weekend! Had everything we needed and would stay here again. Cross A1A and the beach access is there. It’s a small place and decorated nicely. There is another unit behind this one and those guests do walk past your entrance.

Adorable apartment for two people right across A1A from the beach (not too bad to walk across with some patience). Even during spring break season, the beach in this area was not crowded. We went to KSC for the Artemis 2 launch and then caught a spacex launch just from the beach across the street one morning. :)Bed was comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped, especially for its size. The patio is a nice place to work or eat even in light rain (but yes, the neighbors do walk through it to get to their car…)My only real issue was the lack of any drawers. We had to live out of our suitcases for a week, which wasn’t great in the small space. Plenty of closet room to add a few drawer options…

Unique, Very Quiet

This has easily been one of my favorite stays to date. So unique, perfect location, sweetest of neighbors AND all the little attention to details and personal touches made the stay SO special. Everything you could need + more. Also LOVED being able to travel back home with clean luggage. This truly was such a gem to find - so grateful for the memories!

Great place to stay!!

My daughter and I stayed in this property after a volleyball tournament in Orlando. This was our first time visiting Cocoa Beach and we were not disappointed. The property was clean and exactly as listed. The neighbors we met were all nice and the neighborhood was quiet, laidback, and just all around chill. Most importantly, the hosts were communicative and it is apparent they take care of their property and Vrbo customers. This might be the beginning of a new vacation spot for the fam🤗

Perfect, relaxing beach stay!

The listing is spot-on! This quiet condo has everything you would need to just unpack your clothes and head to the beach! Don’t worry about dragging your house along with you! Delightful neighbors, quiet street with a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, and minutes to great dining! The hosts were so thoughtful and even made sure we knew about an upcoming shuttle launch. Will certainly come back!

We stayed here for my wife’s 30th birthday and absolutely loved it! We’re already planning our next stay. The building is right across the street from a beach access that wasn’t very busy the weekend we were there so it was easy to just walk out with the provided chairs and sit on the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen was easy to find and clean up after, plus the fridge was just the right size for a few day’s worth of groceries. The bedroom is upstairs, but it felt spacious and we slept very comfortably. We don’t have Roku at home, so it was fun to watch old Price is Right episodes during our downtime! Locally, we loved the bacon wrapped scallops from Squid Lips and the iced lattes from the Speakesy Cafe!

PRISTINE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This property is absolutely AMAZING! Beautifully and very tastefully decorated. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel a sense of "HOME". There is sooooo much attention to detail, from the personalized notes everywhere, to finding absolutely anything and everything one could want and need while on vacation. Beach chairs, GOT EM; Coolers, GOT EM; Qtips, Sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner/soap, GOT EM! Even basic food/condiments, coffee, spices, THEY HAVE EM!! Comfortable Beds. Well stocked. EXTREMELY CLEAN! Centrally located with a very short walk to the beach! Very quiet at nights. Super cool and friendly neighbors who answered all of our questions. I have stayed in MANY VRBO's, but none have ever come close to this one! We will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to everyone. PRISTINE! You will not regret staying here!!!! ;)

So, like, this has been, like, a total dream project for years, and we’re so obsessed with the location! It’s just on the edge of all the excitement in downtown Cocoa Beach—you can, like, bike there in 10 minutes or whatever—but also, you can just walk to this super chill, quiet beach where it’s, like, all yours. Seriously, it’s the best of both worlds—fun vibes when you want them and total zen when you don’t! 🌊✨

So, like, what totally sets this place apart is, like, the ultimate combo of location, vibes, and amenities. I mean, it’s steps away from the East Coast’s surf capital and tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and Banana River Lagoon—hellooo, best of both worlds! You can totally chill on the beach or, like, go full-on adventure mode with watersports all in one trip.

And, oh my gosh, the Gastro-bar? Such a vibe! Craft cocktails, gourmet bites, and that whole coastal-chic energy—it’s like the cherry on top of an already amazing stay.

The villa is, like, surrounded by this lush, tropical paradise, so it’s totally private and relaxing, but you’re still super close to Cocoa Beach’s shopping, dining, and nightlife.
