Welcome to Peaceful Escape! This is a monthly rental in-town Cody. This pristine three bedroom two bathroom home is just a short drive to shopping, dining, and activities.

You are welcomed by a clean façade, modern touches with unique light fixtures and an open floor plan living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space including a large island with bar stools. The kitchen opens to the comfortable living room with a flat screen TV and dining area set for 6. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, access to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a double vanity, large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The shared hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also a large laundry room with a utility sink, extra storage, and counter space.

Monthly Rental Information: monthly rental rates include all utilities and internet service to the home. The one-time cleaning fee is charged at the beginning of the stay to cover the checkout cleaning. Additional cleanings during the rental term may be scheduled through Cody Lodging Company for an additional charge. A completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy for any stays longer than 28 nights. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
