This ground floor unit is located just steps from 1 of the 2 pools located at the complex (one pool is heated during Spring Break- until mid April). A short stroll brings you to the sugar white sands that adorn the Gulf of Mexico as well as beautiful Eastern lake. We include 4 beach towels and 4 beach chairs. There is also a beach cart provided to help transport your gear!
The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen that is equipped for all of your cooking needs! A small patio in located off the living room, which boasts a view of one of the two pools the complex offers. You will love the ease and privacy of walking directly into the unit without the hassle of an elevator! The first bedroom offers a king bed and en suite bathroom (with sink, toilet and shower/rub combo). The second bedroom sleeps four and has a bunk bed with double bed with twin on top. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower/tub combo. We provide starter amenities for your stay, which include: (2) Toilet paper rolls (1) Roll of paper towels (4) Beach Towels (2) Trash bags (4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths) (1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom (1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens) (1) Starter set of laundry detergent (1) dawn soap and sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap
Please note these amenities are meant as a starter set only and not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly.
We also offer sound machines in both bedrooms as well as board games for rainy days. Have a lot of gear to bring to the beach? Catch a ride on the golf cart concierge the complex offers from March-October! Also included with your stay is access to the complex's tennis and pickle ball courts as well as a golf cart charging station!
One of the great features of Beachside Villas is that it is located near a coastal dune lake. The lake is great for paddle board and kayaking! You truly have the best of both worlds at this location! Explore Eastern lake via paddle board, rent bikes to take an excursion to Seaside, or simply grab your towel and chairs and head to the beach. There are so many things to do nearby - you may not know where to start! Whether venturing to the sugar white sands and sparkling blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, or taking a day to sight see, you will love enjoying everything this area has to offer! Old Florida Fish House (sushi and live music!), Buddy's Seafood market and Beachy Bean Coffee Co. are just a few eateries located less than a mile away.

Clean, updated space with easy beach access.
Very happy with stay, wish we had longer at this property! Great communication with property manager from the start, helped us with much earlier check-in which isn’t always possible but was very appreciated.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach and restaurants etc. enjoyed playing pickle ball. The shuttle to the beach was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Convenient and close to the beach
This was a great spot with easy access to shops, restaurants and of course, the beach. Updated kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are decent sized and have a bathroom in each. The bathrooms are somewhat outdated with very little counter space, but everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall good stay and would return!

Perfect Beach Retreat!
We had the best vacation! The location of this condo absolutely can’t be beat! We were just a short walk away from restaurants, general store/seafood market and coffee plus an even shorter walk to the beach. The beach access was never crowded!
Because of the central location, you can easily bike to Seaside, The Big Chill, Seacrest or Rosemary.

We just left this glorious place. This is our 6th year to visit the area and this was one of our favorite stays. We loved the condo and how great the owners were. The walk to the beach was very short. The public access to that part of the beach is extremely small but if you wake up early like we do it’s not problem. We would set up at 6 and get a great spot. It was extremely relaxing and family oriented which is a must for us. If you are not an early riser you can ride the golf cart that takes people to the larger public access beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Condo is located in a great location that is walking distance to a beach and to great restaurants. When we arrived many amenities were missing such as toiletries, towels and trash bags making the unit seem as it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and making it hard to settle in after a very long car ride in. This unit also was advertised as having “golf cart parking”. While there was ability to use of the 2 allotted Parking spots for the golf cart it was not listed in the welcome letter that charging the golf cart would require payment and could only be done in the front of the community. Communication with the owner was good up until we started submitting feedback and to inquire about the pool gate code not working leading to us not being able to use the pool on the night we had planned to which was a bummer for our child. All in all the complex was great for a small family and would stay in that area again but maybe not this specific condo.

This review is not an accurate recollection of the stay. It is disappointing to receive a negative review, especially in light that we allowed the guest an early check-in (extremely difficult during busy season). Further, every time the guest texted me, I responded almost immediately. I am truly perplexed the guest would indicate differently in her review.
Below is a summary of our communication:
Tuesday, May 24th, 1:00pm : Guest requested early check in. I reached out to my housekeeper and at 2:07pm I told her they were welcome to check-in (normal check-in time is 4pm). I heard nothing else from this guest after early check-in was granted.
Wednesday, May 25th 12:36pm. Guest stated they could not locate the parking passes, 12:37pm- I let the guest know where they were and she was appreciative. She also mentioned that there were no trash bags or paper towels. I apologized and stated our housekeeper must have forgotten to leave them. This was an error on our end which I acknowledged and I immediately offered to bring those items out to her. She told me, 'We can actually grab them from the store' I told her she did not have to do that as it is our priority to ensure the guest has what they were told the would have in the condo but she insisted and said it was okay!
As for the golf cart, it is stated in our welcome packet (that we email prior to checking in) where the golf cart charging stations are located as well as the fact that there is a charge to use the stations. I can only assume this guest did not read our welcome packet prior to arrival, as she would not have had to text to ask where the station was. I actually forwarded her the exact instructions directly from our welcome packet via text message, proceeding to then say if you need anything please do not hesitate to reach out. Our next communication was when the guest asked to EXTEND her stay an additional night (which we could not grant as we had a new guest checking in). It is disappointing that a guest who wanted to stay an extra night would leave us a poor review, especially after our efforts to accommodate her.
Thursday, May 26th at 8:33pm (the guest was departing at 10:00 am the next morning) she asked me about the pool code (not once mentioning the pool code prior not working throughout her entire stay) and then also mentioned the items that were not there upon arrival (the same items I offered to bring, but she declined). At that point, our HOA office was closed so there was no way I could get someone to open the pool gate for her. As the code does not change mid-month, I suspect it was a user error by the guest and not an actual problem with the code.
In summary, this guest’s review is very misleading, as I not only communicated directly and in a timely manner, but I also provided all of the necessary information regarding her stay and the golf cart stations prior to her stay. As a host who values my guests, I want all future guests to know that the comfort of their stay is my utmost priority. I make mistakes as I am human, but I can promise when a mistake is pointed out, I will do EVERYTHING in my power to rectify it. In this case, I know I did everything I could for this guest and I am so disappointed this review does not accurately reflect the guest’s true experience.
