You'll enjoy an unforgettable vacation when you book this charming 3-bed 2-bath sound side home in the quaint community of Colington Pointe! This gorgeous sea-green cottage is the perfect place for your family to make OBX memories that will last a lifetime. As an added bonus, the Ocean Bay Boulevard beach access is less than 10-minutes (about 2.8-miles) away with paved parking, a bathhouse, and a lifeguard!
You'll find plenty of parking in the driveway and a covered carport. Enjoy easy loading and unloading thanks to the dry entry beneath the home. When you get back from the beach, a convenient outdoor shower is available for rinsing off and you can set your gear out to dry by the picnic table on the patio. Enjoy access to community amenities like an outdoor pool and waterfront boardwalk. Not to mention incredible sound front sunsets!
Your family will love gathering in the cozy living area that boasts comfortable furniture and plenty of natural light. Prepare delicious meals at home in the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful white cabinets, and plenty of prep space. The kitchen island has seating for 3 and the adjoining dining area features additional space for 4. Rest easy in the King Master with an attached Full bathroom with shower and dual vanity. A convenient laundry area and half bath are located near the entry. Step outside on the back deck to soak up the sun or grill up your catch-of-the-day. The upper level is home to the other two spacious bedrooms. One contains 2 Queen Beds while another has 1 Queen Bed and they are connected via a jack-and-jill bath with dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, Colington Pointe is a beautiful sound side community tucked away from traffic for a peaceful vacation but within easy driving distance to great shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Known as a great local fishing community, there are plenty of spots where the whole family can spend the day fishing or crabbing. If you don't have any luck, try Billy's Seafood Market where you can purchase fresh seafood to make in your rental that just came in off the boat! As you head towards the bypass, be sure to stop by the Wright Brothers National Monument to learn about the history of aviation. The Outer Banks Brewing Station is the perfect place to try local craft brews and grab a quick bite to eat. For dinner, try the SaltBox Café or The Colington Café. Book Turtle Cove and come have a wonderful vacation!
