For future guests, I’d like to clarify that the listing clearly states this is a walk-out to the lake apartment and that it is located in a house. It is described as an apartment throughout the listing, in the arrival instructions and is not advertised as a standalone home. I stopped by to turn on the air conditioning before you arrived but we arrived at the same time. So the person you saw was me, the owner, I did say who I was. I did mention in my arrival instructions if there is anything I could do to make your stay better I would have been happy to address any concerns while you were there. Thank you as well for your suggestions regarding additional lighting over the stove and sink and adding more kitchen dishes. There are enough dishes for 8 guests but I will gladly add more. I appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration as I continue improving the apartment. I wish you safe travels and all the best.

Had the bake items been communicated I would have gotten those for you. The other requests were granted and taken care of quickly. This is a newer vrbo. We believe Winter time is beautiful by the lake. It is private neighborhood. Step out of the race and pause in a Fresh, clean, simple and relaxing place with all necessities for your stay. But also close to a lot of things to do. Mattresses are new with added padding. A Cupboard full of spices, sprays and oils. If anyone needs anything we are able to be reached and respond quickly. We continue to add and hope all those who visit will like being apart of the Graham House by the lake. 🦢
