Amazing weekend in Cabo

I booked this for my bachelorette party and it was such an amazing place to stay! The views from the house are incredible. The hosts were very responsive to questions and helped organize transportation for us for some outings. There were a few showers that did not heat up but overall it was such a lovely stay.

Primo location and dream stay!!!

We LOVED our stay here! It was super clean and the property manager was incredibly attentive. Super communicative if we needed anything and flexible with check in and check out. I wish there was a booklet on procedures, but they were incredibly flexible and amazing. The location is SO nice and quiet, but close enough to Cabo San Lucas that it was easy to get around. Wish we had stayed longer and took advantage of the facilities more.

Incredible Views

I can’t understate how incredible the view and beach access was. My bachelor party group was in awe when we first walked in. We could see whales from the kitchen window and the private beach was a short walk. Carlos was very responsive and helped coordinate rides from the airport and to the grocery store. This house is the way to do Cabo right!

Wonderful 50th anniversary with family

The house was as described. We had a problem with a water drip from the Kitchen ceiling that was caused by a broken part in air-conditioning drain, but Carlos got it quickly repaired. Everything was perfect for our time at the house and it's location was beautiful. We had a carefree time with our sons and their families - helped out by the nearness of COSTCO for food and beverage runs.

Thank you for choosing my property to celebrate your special ocasión I’m glad you got to relax and spend time with family. yes the location of the house is very convenient because is like 5 minutes drive to both Costco, Fresko a grocery store and even Walmart is only a 15 minutes drive, we have a couple of public beaches close by; but the views from the balcony’s are breath taking. Awesome bachelorette weekend

This villa was perfect for my friends bachelorette! It is more beautiful in person. The property manager helped us find a caterer, transportation and even delivered some groceries from the store that we weren’t able to find. They were so nice and easy to work with. Only downsides were the jacuzzi wasn’t filled which we didn’t find out until we got there, and the hot water wasn’t working great so we had to take some cold showers. Overall it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Dream Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home with the most incredible views! We were Whale Watching all day everyday from the balconies! It was clean and had all the amenities. Tons of room and spaces for our entire family of 12. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The only complaint would be the many neighbors with dogs, lots of dog poop below our balcony, on the path to the beach, and on the beach. The home could use a few updates but overall our stay was incredible, we didn't want to leave. Carlos was amazing to work with and was ready to help anytime we needed anything, or had a question. Thank you Carlos.

Birthday celebration

The house had a great location but needed general attention - the outdoor furniture was just about to fall apart / no cushions on the lounge chairs - they were all wired together so you couldn’t move them around - the oven was hard if not impossible to turn on - no hot water in one of the downstair bedrooms - no bath soap in the shower - we had to provide our own paper towels, toliet tissue, Kleenex and laundry soap

Hi Shanna, we appreciate all of your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience. The furniture is routinely check and cleaned, thank you for bringing it to my attention. The lounge chairs are designed for no cushion although you had the option to lay down a towel for your comfort. I apologize that oven was a hassle for you, this is the first time this happens and it has been taken care of. We are aware about the hot water situation and upon arrival it is explained how to achieve hot water in that bathroom while getting the problem fixed. Lastly, we provide three rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom and paper towels, I do apologize but we do not provide laundry soap. Our manager let us know how much you liked the house and enjoyed your stay, we are grateful. Thanks again for choosing us!

Great property with poor maintenance

Amazing property with fantastic ocean views, however was surprised that there was no dishwasher and later found hot tub and dryer didn't work even after attempts to fix them. Many smaller amenities were lacking such as adequate soap, BBQ cleaning tools, and proper-fitting pillowcases. These multiple inadequacies turned what should have been a great spot into merely ok.

Thank you for taking the time to review my property and for staying with us. About the dishwasher is not listed as an amenity, the hot tub works you just have to heat up slow, my property manager always explain guest how to work it, about the dryer I’m sorry it wasn't drying up to your expectations, BBQ cleaning brush is always by the outside sink , thank you for telling me about the pillow cases they might it shrink I’ll make sure to replace them. Thank you again for staying with us
