Welcome to Villas Tres Tierras!, this is a modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home w/ on site pool on a 0.9-acre property. Just a short 5-min drive or 10 min walk to the best surf and swimming beach in Baja Sur!
Tres Tierras is a perfect spot for enjoying the desert plant life, wide open spaces, unbelievable star filled night skies, and awesome sunsets and sunrises.

My wife Monica and I love hiking, surfing, mountain biking and sailing. We enjoy family time! and like to travel . We met in Texas and after many years in high tech corporate life we decided to move to Cerritos Beach permanently! We have been traveling to Baja for 30 years and we just could not stay away!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Tres Tierras sits in a perfect location for those looking for relaxing desert views and easy access to were you will be staying. It was an easy choice for us, we have the only paved road in Cerritos as well as quick access to the beach and restaurants. We have the best of both worlds, Cabo and its luxuries 45 min away, peaceful Pescadero and Todos Santos (10 min away) and lots small charming towns and adventure to the north.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Tres Tierras is a 0.9-acre complex that houses 2 homes, one is the 2 story rental Villa and the other one is the owners 1 story contemporary house. Both homes separated by the pool and a large 2 story socializing area that provides great privacy. The socializing area has a gas grill and a charcoal BBQ pit ready for you to cook your favorite foods! The 2nd floor is great for watching sunsets and chilling out in the swing chairs!
Tres Tierras is off the highway 200 yards in, you might hear occasional highway traffic at peak hours when you are outside, but inside you will fall sound asleep protected by our thick glass windows and heavy block wall construction.
You will have brand new kitchen appliances to use including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine and blender. There is a private parking area for your car and the Villa is fully fenced with a secure entrance.
The pool is 25ft (7.5 mt) long and 14ft (4mt+) wide and 4ft (1.2mt) deep throughout, the pool is well lit at night if you want to take an evening swim.
Internet is accessible with ethernet and WIFI connections, access points have been installed in each room and living area so that you can move around without losing signal, great for those working at home!
Tres Tierras is in the Playa Cerritos neighborhood and is at a 5 min drive to the best surf spot in Baja! I donât suggest you walk to where surfing is practiced especially if you are carrying a surfboard (1 mile away approx.) If you are just looking for the beach, itâs only a 10 min walk. There are plenty of places where you can rent chairs and umbrellas, they are typically located near the surf spot area, they will charge a fee for all day rental (typically till 6pm but could be earlier in winter).
Villa Tres Tierras, is a wonderful place to get away to, its modern style merges with the environment and offers breathtaking views and the relax feeling of the great Baja California Sur!
